We booked Two Guys catering about 4 months before our wedding. The owner Edgar was very polite on the phone. The day of the party, the two gentlemen that showed up to make the food for the party were less than presentable. One was wearing a T-shirt and the other gentleman had very unkept greasy hair. First off. As soon as my wife walked up to them and asked for a plate for her grandmother and asked for very little beans, one of the guys responded by saying«do you wanna do my job for me». Now… if she had told me that I would have had them leave that very moment and would have ordered food on the spot from else ware. oh, but before that, we asked them to serve the food in ceramic plates which we had spoken about to the owner, they said, «no, we’d prefer to serve them on these foam plates if that’s ok», and I told them that I had spoken to Edgar about it, and then they hesitantly agreed… Then, when I finally went up to get food, which was maybe half and hour after they’d started serving, they were out of the Sopes, which I had paid extra for them to serve. I’ve been trying to contact the owner since that Saturday. still no reply. Please do not hire these people to cater you party. This was that only thing that went wrong with the entire wedding day. The only thing.

We had Edgar cater my husband’s 50th birthday for approximately 70 people. The food was terrific! We have only raves from everybody who came. Not only was the food unbelievably authentic and tasty, Edgar was a hit as well. He was laughing and entertaining the guests as he made the delicious tacos, quesadillas, and big burritos for over 3 hours. The beans and rice were yummy. The guacamole and salsas were wonderful! We highly recommend Edgar and his company! We are planning to use him at our next party, big or small. He is worth every penny, and is very reasonable compared to other taco catering services as well. Try him, you’ll love his food and service!

I met owner Edgar Aguilar, at Long Beach pride, where the Two Guys were peddling their wares: more specifically: the best F-ING fish tacos I’ve had in L.A. How good were they? OMFG, OMFG, OMFG. They were amazing, tender, in turns citrusy with a little heat for good measure. The crowning glory were the handmade tortillas, sigh, just like the mother-country. My friend and I loved them so much we returned for seconds and gushed to the owner. He told me they work with any budget to build a custome menu. I can’t wait to have an excuse for booking these guys!
