Not sure why Tully’s doesn’t have good reviews, but I myself am picky when it comes to coffee and hot beverage, and everything I’ve ordered from Tully’s during my experience at Lacc has been great. Highly recommend their matcha green tea.

This place is nearest coffee shop I currently know of near lacc. The customer service at this place sucks. It’s rare to get good customer service here. Coffee taste isn’t consistent seems like each time it’s a new drink even though I order the same one all the time. There is this one guy with a Pompadour styled hair. Rudest of them all idk if it’s his humor or the way he expresses himself it’s completely unprofessional. Whenever I come by its almost as he is trying to taunt me or pick a fight.

This place is okay, most of the coffee tastes pretty good. My problem is that there green tea lattes just taste like milk and they don’t warm up the pastries well. The top portion may be warm but inside it is still cold.

A campus based coffee shop. Really dirty at times and doesn’t look like it was ever swept. Asked for a cup of water but the cashier was about to charge me 55 cents for tap water. Drinks are bland and either too sweet or too strong. And the menu couldn’t be any smaller. Sticking to Starbucks

If you can avoid this please, I would suggest you do. I’ve tried this place a couple of times, and there was not one time where the customer service was welcoming or friendly. The closest to friendly you’ll get is the manager on site, they’re decent. But the unexperienced baristas talk between themselves, and ignore you for the longest. Each time, it’s the manager on site that takes the initiative to even take my order. I’d rather walk to the nearby cafes than go here. I’d rather give my money to a place that actually knows how to make coffee, and at least acknowledges my presence when I’m trying to order in-between classes.

The customer service is good. One of the baristas, Juan, attended me in a fast and courteous way. He does the drinks really well. The line moves fast.

The service here sucks. There is like only one barista that makes the drinks. But the coffee is good overall.

Tullys is set up like a high school cafeteria and at it’s busiest hour sounds like a public swimming pool. Some of their staff are wonderful, while others have taken no initiative to learn POS or how to make an espresso beverage. I had to pay a few times for a splash of soy in my doppio, this I was also not okay with. All in all, it really depends on what time of day you come at and who’s working as to whether or not you’ll have a good experience. And personally, I am all about consistency.

This place used to have good coffee and decent food. Their contract with LACC has expired so they fires all the people who were very good at making coffee and hired unexperienced ones. The coffee is the same quality as a machine coffee and the croissants are not fresh.

I am so glad this is close to home for me. Even though I dont attend LACC, I love walking Jesus to class just so I can get my caffeine fix. The staff is friendly, on point, and can share a few laughs while placing the orders. Every coffee Ive ordered has been great, and the pastries even better. I always go in the morning before 9AM and the wait is never too long. Ps. Stay away from the white chocolate bliss bar, its addicting.

***Tully’s is my alternative Starbucks.*** :) I have been going to this coffee shop for over a year now. Because I am a regular, the baristas know my drink by heart! I save myself time when I no longer have to say: «I-would-like-to-have-1-tall-non-fat-sugar-free-vanilla-latte-please». Phew! Talk about saving one deep breath LOL! One day, I’ll go back to ordering a regular cup of joe. In the mean time, I’m liking the gourmet fancy coffee :)
