Trojan Grill set up at the USC game with an 8 hour brisket smoking that still sat for another hour when they let it out of the smoker. Trojan Grill is classically trained in the culinary arts with an extensive knowledge base growing up cooking good, solid comfort food. Trojan Grill is a warm and friendly team that puts care and love into everything they do. I have personally eaten most of the Trojan Grill’s dishes and can attest to not only the deliciousness of the food but also to the level of excellence and professionalism. The Trojan Grill adheres to a firm guideline for cleanliness and sanitation, all within budget and timeline constraints with an attention to detail unrivaled. The best.

I held a Health & Fitness even for my residents at the apartment community I managed and Trojan Grill provided the food. While their catering specialty is BBQ (not the healthiest but the tastiest) they accepted the challenge and rose to the occasion. Together we worked on coming up with a healthy yet tasty menu and Trojan Grill provided professionalism and tasty food. I can’t wait to use them again for another event… but not a healthy event, because I have to get some of that BBQ!!!

I am a sucker for some delicious home cooking! Especially when its delicious-​melt in your mouth home made smoked bbq of any kind! i must say I have had several smoked bbq at many restaurants before, but nothing beats the Trojan Grill Barbecue and Catering Service. I’ve had their Smoked brisket and chicken… One word… AMAZING! Trust me, you can seriously taste the love that was put into the savory bbq with each bite. The owners Portia & Nikki do a remarkable job into making sure that every customer is satisfied… and from the previous reviews it shows JUST THAT! They are beautiful-​hearted people who only provide the BEST QUALITY for their customers. They will greet you with smiles from ear to ear until you lick the last drop of goodness on your plate. No joke! Lol… Great People + Great Food = Happy customers… You will not be disappointed! I want more!

I say, if you’re going to eat, you may as well do it right! We enjoyed the smoked brisket and the chicken at our company meeting, along with mac & cheese, bbq black beans and a very delicious fresh green salad. It was the highlight of our meeting, that’s all everyone was talking about. Trojan Grill really puts the love into their food and you can taste it!
I will personally be ordering from them soon.
Smoked brisket, sausage, ribs, and chicken are on the menu, and a nice variety of Southern-​style side dishes round out their offerings.
