Conveniently located downstairs of the museum this place was surprisingly delicious. I was surprised when I went downstairs and saw that Taco Bell had been replaced with Trimana. I was a bit skeptical of the food when ordering but I was too hungry to go elsewhere. I decided to go for the bacon cheeseburger with a side order of fries and a drink which was charged separately. I was pleased to see that the drinks were refillable. Seating was plentiful. I had no problem finding a table for four indoors. The cashier was friendly and courteous. Everyone in my group enjoyed their food. The fries were my favorite they were crunchy and flavorful. They are not greedy with their fries which is a very rare plus. The prices were a bit too much for burgers and fries but I didn’t’ expect them not to be.

If I could give fewer stars I would, they’ve got bread they’ve got cheese; but refused to make grilled cheese for the autistic 4yo in our group. Oh, and they told me my order wasn’t ready for 20 min due to a backup in the kitchen only to find the cold burger on the counter drying out as we discussed it was mine but the order was so incorrect as to be I recognizable to both of us. This happened to another person also during that span of time so not just me. Do yourself a favor and pack a lunch, this became so unnecessarily complicated– you’d think we were negotiating for hostages.

I was hungry as a hippo, so I bought all kinds of fries from here. Seasoned fries, curly fries and regular fries. Fries were good, but too pricey just for a cup of fries in a food court.

This is one of the food options you have when visiting the California Science Center The food court at CSC has 2 choices. Trimana or a Taco joint. This time around we went with Trimana. The food court area is very nice. If you look up, you can see models of satellites, very nice. There are plenty of seating inside and a whole lot more outside. Even though it was packed, you’ll be able to find a spot for sure. It’s fast food, so go to the counter order your food, pay for it and you’ll get a beeper. Once your food is ready, you get beeped and you pick up your grub. Easy! They have a condiment station and they even have a selection of hot sauces. Nice touch. I got a Fish & Chips — The fish was okay. The fries were outstanding. I liked the aggressive seasoning of their fries. My son got the Kids Cheeseburger. It came with fries and a drink. Cheese was an add on. Burger was meh. The bun was huge. It’s sad when a happy meal burger is better than what we got. I got a Lemonade to drink. No refills and it was just okay. I wouldn’t recommend getting it. Get a fountain drink instead. Cheaper and refill available. Price was okay considering where you are. Tip: bring your own food or just go get food after your visit. For convenience and ambiance, it’s a good choice, For price and food quality, you’re better off going elsewhere. 2015 Review #106

So much better then McDonald’s., but. this place needs some serious help. Dirty, poor presentation, long wait, and overpriced for what it is. Better then nothing, an improvement from McDonald’s, but they could do so much better.

Not too shabby. I like that they have healthy alternatives. Their Taco Salad was pretty good(or maybe I was hungry). The fruit cups were fresh and my hubby said the Bacon Cheeseburger was pretty good. All-in-all, it was ok… kind of surprised to see this is listed as a Mexican eatery though.

Yeah, pretty much the big downer on a fun day out with the little newphew. Lucky him, he can’t have any non vegan food, so his mom brought everything for him, we were left with this dismal fare. My burger, lukewarm. I mean come on. Even a sad heat lamp would have improved this thing! Frankly, the fries were oily and burnt. I guess the lettuce was the highlight then in my lunch. I feel ridiculous to even resort to saying that to try and salvage anything good about my meal. The only choice for food in any food court means that either the establishment will be good or just not care. This seems to be a case of the latter. PLus 1, got the chicken salad. Sad, but at least it didn’t suffer from being lukewarm. Chicken was cold, wonder if that’s a good thing, and salad was green. Felt a little sugary with the dressing, but compared to my choice, it was great. MEH.

So I took my family to go see the science center, and decided to give this place a try. For starters, while the line appeared to be long it moved rather quickly. I ordered 2 kids meals(chicken strips and fries), a beef burrito with a side of curly fries with 3 drinks, and 2 sides of ranch.(this came to about 23 bucks). Within 30 seconds I was called over and told they didn’t have curly fries and they would have to switch it with regular fries.(which costs a dollar less, but money wasn’t brought up at all). Fast forward about 17 minutes, and I have watched everyone in my party(I was with a large group), get served and eat their entire meal while I sat there with my cups of ranch. After approaching the server multiple times(she kept ignoring me and walking away) I was informed that the wait was due to the French fries, but they would be right out.(80% of the people around me had French fries, and this was the same lady who had told me there was no curly fries). About 5 minutes after that, I was given my food. All in all the food wasn’t horrible, but it definitely had that«sat for 10 – 15 minutes» feel to it. The«beef» burrito was made with stew meat and was cold to the touch. After getting ketchup for the fries I found out the salsa was mislabeled as ketchup. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and I won’t be back.

The food is not fresh. Taste is awful. There are flies. Will not come back! It is better to eat else where. We only eat here this time because McDonald is not open.

Convenient and that’s about it! They serve mainly basic Mexican food like tacos, burritos, nachos with other choices like burgers, chicken burgers and salads. Came here with a group for an early lunch. Food was way too expensive for what you’re getting. If you feel like you don’t have a choice, get the KID’s MEAL. It’s only $ 5 and it’s pretty tasty and comes with crispy fries. We had –Kids’ meal — 2 chicken tenders with fries. Pretty tasty –Kid’s meal — burger with fries. Decent burger. Tasty! –Nacho Grande– Pretty lame. It needed more meat and toppings. It’s not worth the $ 9. Staff are very kind and friendly. I kind’a wish they would bring back McDonalds. Can’t go wrong with it.

The crew is extremely friendly. they help the customers to the best of their abilities. I ordered a cheese burger with swiss cheese and avacado and i enjoyed it the fullest. Everything is fresh and the most time i have waited is about 10mins.

This café is inside the Science Center. The service is good and we were treated nicely. However, the food was worse than bad. I had a grilled chicken sandwich that was horrible. The chicken was dry and tasteless. The French fries were barely edible. My friend had fish tacos that came with rice and beans that she could hardly eat. It was terrible. They need to reevaluate the food served in the food court. Next time we will bring our own lunch.

I just waited almost 45 minutes for my meal. My son’s chicken strips and fries were ice cold, as if they had been sitting out for about 20 minutes, and they gave me the wrong order. Bring your own lunch. The CSC should be embarrassed that this is what they offer. Never in my life thought I’d say this, but bring back McDonald’s!!!
