I had a training in this building. I guess it’s the go-to place to grab a bite or some coffee if you are in the building or work here. It’s a courthouse, too, so so you can’t just drop by because you’re in the mood for Trimana. I had one of their special burgers with jalepenos and some onion rings and it was okay.

To start, David is the kindest most humble and generous guy. That being said, Trimana serves up great breakfast dishes from breakfast bagels, breakfast burritos, omelettes french toasts and sandwiches from veggie, turkey avocado, you name it, they’ll prepare it! They also have THEBEST soups!!! My fan fave is their turkey chili and lentil soup. That’s just two of the many versions of soups they serve. They also serve hamburger and fries. Yummy fries, yes! They have plenty of seating and serve the Courthouse and other Government and legal offices in the building. David keeps this location very clean and well stocked. Irene is as sweet and helpful when David is not there. They also have an ATM in the location and he also takes debit/credit card. Trimana also has serves at least five different flavors of coffee from Decaf, Hazelnut, Cinnamon Hazelnut, Dark Roast, Regular Roast. No complaints!

The staff seems unhappy here. Smiles are rare. The gal at the register is forgetful and disinterested. She routinely forgets to give people their cups or juices with orders. The food is okay. I liked it much better when it was«Barrister’s Grill». The staff was much happier and more attentive. It was more of a family place with personality. I only eat here out of convenience.

The food is over priced, who pays $ 8 for a baked potato? There are not enough healthy breakfast choices, and the ones they do serve are very greasy; the oatmeal is runny and soupy. The customer service is not the best. I was just going to grab some coffee and a danish, when I noticed a knat flying around inside the pastery display. When I shared that information with the staff, they didn’t even bother to investigate it. They seemed to be annoyed that I even pointed it out. It may be convient, but for the price patrons pay, the quality of food and customer service should match.

I stopped by to grab some breakfast today because I just needed something to keep me going. It looks like they’ve expanded the refrigerated drink selection, and they carry a wide variety of Naked Juice now. They had their breakfast special going on with some French Toast, so I picked up some of that along with a side of eggs, bacon, and a small orange juice. It was all pretty good and this meal has started to restore my previously less than positive impression of Trimana. The fresh squeezed orange juice really tasted fresh!

The convenience and variety alone earn this place 4 stars for me. The food I’ve ordered has been very tasty and decent. Their turkey chili is usually very good. Some days it might need more salt, but it still tastes great. The breakfast pastries are okay, not the best around but lunch has a lot of options. I’ve tried the BLATT wrap recently– it was huge! It was cut into 3 smaller wraps. It was easy to eat and tasted pretty good. They have great fries and a wonderful selection of coffee. From dark roast, light roast, hazelnut, and vanilla– you’ll find a nice cup of joe to start your day. It’s not the most gourmet place around, but I’m grading it based on its convenience and the variety of selections. They have burgers, wraps, big salads, bagels, several soups, and many other items to fit your craving. In all seriousness(if possible lol), they toss your salad for you so you don’t need to deal with messy dressing. It comes with the dressing evenly spread on all items in the salad and not overly saturated. This makes for easier salad eating. Any time I have a meeting or work event in various buildings across Los Angeles, I always come to Trimana.
