Caveat Emptor. My house is now having electrical issues. After having another contractor audit the work, found that windows ordered were sized incorrectly. I had complained about this before and it fell on deaf ears. My deck is now coming apart because they didn’t use screws for the joints, just finish nails. They didn’t finish the stucco job, mismatched exterior paint colors to cover cracks that should never have existed in the first place. My main doors don’t close properly and are not correctly sealed. Many times I emailed, wrote letters and asked in person to fix these things and more. They dropped the ball and didn’t look back; don’t be fooled by these people. If you have money to burn or throw away, then sign up with these folk, they will provide the matches.
