Excellent professional service by a company whose owner Marlon Berrios is a man of integrity. I was ready to pay for a full tenting but Marlon said I did not need to do so. Their prices are very competitive and they go the extra mile. You cant go wrong with this company.

I would highly recommend Trident Termite, Inc. They provided friendly, professional, and helpful service throughout the whole process from inspection to fumigation. I can’t imagine having a better experience under the circumstance. Having your house tented can be a huge hassle, but they did their best to make the process as smooth as possible. Their staff provides great customer service, and was patient in answering all my questions. Thank you Trident!

DON’T EVER THINK ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY!!! I hired them to tent my 10-​unit apt bldg and they caused a tremendous amount of damage to the roof and to one entire side of the roof’s edge. They also left many large rotted pieces of lumber piled onto one side of the roof, instead of removing and discarding them as agreed upon. The owner was a big liar — promising repeatedly to come back and fix everything. Of course he never did. The contract also called for him to treat the inside living rm ceiling of one apt for subterranean termites. He charged me $ 900. just for that, and then tried to get away with not doing it. When I finally got him to do it (after multiple calls), all he did was squirt a little something into the approx 6 termite holes (it looked like caulking). But he did take the time to tell me about how he was in the process of planning to semi-​retire to some far away island, and have his son take over the business. It cost me several thousand dollars and tremendous time and stress to fix the things this company damaged and didn’t do properly. DON”T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!
