Change their hours, now open at 12 noon. Also changed the format a little in their store and a lot of the goodies I was use to seeing has either shrunk or is no more. It also seems a bit more touristy — which is what draws people to Little Tokyo, but they already have enough of those stores. Prices went up fast. Disappointed.

Stumbled upon this store and thought it was Daiso at first. Oops! They must be pretty new, they didn’t have a sign out front yet. Cute little store with a lot of items for $ 1.50. I found these little tote bags that fold into fruit that I’ve been looking for.(Pineapple and strawberry). They have cutesy souvenir items, as well as household items, makeup, etc. Great find!

Majority of items are $ 1.50GREATDEAL, however, the staff’s attitude — substandard, SOBAD. She sold me display and did not look for a new one in the back until later. Start ringing without asking… is it ok or … no smile or friendliness. Also speaking non-English in front of customer was rude although I do understand what they were saying. Staff attitude is NOTHELPFUL. When asking questions, just point — that is in the back while I asked if they had something that is on window display. Unbelievable!!! this store really make you feel«discounted» from all angles. There are stores with similar price but friendlier service… NOWONDER, a store with great deals — there were NO customers on Saturday afternoon when we were there. I came out the store with bad taste in my mouth. Service should be foremost…
