Top Hat Towing

Last night at midnight we were leaving the Van Nuys Flyaway service and found that we had a dead battery. I called Top Hat Towing and the first person to answer spoke Spanish, so I was having a hard time communicating. He promptly put me on the phone with Stephanie who was very professional and kind. She said they could be there in 20 minutes and told me the cost would be $ 25 to give me a jump as I was only about 5 minutes away. I was nervous sitting in the parking garage so I called them twice and they assured me they would be there soon. It took them about 40 minutes to get there. They brought a car instead of the tow truck, since a tow was not needed. She had told me the charges up front, and charged us exactly what she told me it would be. It was VERY inexpensive. I was so happy to see such a nice person who was willing to help in the middle of the night and who was honest.
