Tony’s Barber Shop and Beauty Salon

Alicia, owner, is hands down the most professional lady. I have been chopping my mop at this barbershop for over 7 years now and would never go elsewhere. The place is always clean, you’re greeted by hello’s (hola’s) as soon as you walk in. Plus, you can’t beat the price ($ 12.00 for a regular haircut); not to mention they do a great job cutting hair.

I use to bring my nephew here for his hair cuts and loved the experience. Everyone is always so nice and so professional. Now, that I have my own son I bring him too. Marta is great with children she has a lot of patience and she does excellent work. I had a bad experience with a barber he ruined my nephew’s hair so bad that my brother had to shave his head. Thank God for Tony’s Barber Shop. =)

I have been coming here since I was a kid. My parents actually use to live in the apartments upstairs when they had first came to LA and had just had me.
Every barber in this place is super friendly, very efficient and make sure you’re leaving there looking fresh! I would most definitely recommend it to anyone in the area trying to find a good barber.
Licha, the manager I believe, is so sweet and caring and actually cares about how your day is going and cares about what you have to say. And when she washes your hair it feels like magic! Haha
It does bum me out that they’re closed on Sundays now but everyone needs a day of rest!
Honestly this is a great place. Hard, honest working people and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere. Its been my place for the last 15 years and it’ll continue to be my place for a haircut for as long as its there!
