Nothing special. Burger is good, but a little small in comparison to other toms or burger joints in LA. The chili fires are okay.
Need a quick bite, sure… but nothing to lose your mind about or drive tens of miles for.

One of our favorite places, for breakfast lunch or dinner everything is good. I’m having a veggie omelet for lunch he’s having his usual chili cheese burger and fries. Eating and looking good is what we do best!

Classic neighborhood dinner style menu. This place isn’t the healthiest option around however, they are quick, friendly and cheap. They have everything from burgers to salads, chili fries, quesadillas, and a pretty extensive breakfast menu. This business has been here since I moved to the neighborhood in 1994. Cool peeps! Give them a try!

WTF someone told me this is a Tommy’s knock off. This place is much better. I have come here since I was 7 years old. This is a true Los Angeles gem, and truly one of the most original places that have catered to children, students, workers, and residents alike. Their breakfast burritos are what I would imagine Juan Gabriel’s kitchen would smell like.

Happy to find this good local burger/​burrito spot. With reviews about the burgers being small, I got the double burger. And yes the patties are pretty small, but, as a burger lover, over all it was tasty, filling and it hit the spot. The reviews were right about the fries. The fries were great! thick cut, slightly crispy on the outside soft and melt in your mouth on the inside. Service was nice and efficient. I certainly wouldn’t go out of my way for the burgers, granted I have not tried the chili yet. But if you live local and looking for a quick burger and fries fix, I recommend it.

Where to begin.. service was good and friendly and fast. I had a steak sandwhich which i asked for without onions and i got with extra onions … the meat had to much pepper.. my husband had the turkey sandwich nothing special.. but we shared chili cheese fries which was awesome so 3 stars is what i think it deserves

The burger was hella small, some would even say it might as well have been a cheeseburger from McDonald’s. Fries were alright. Worst thousand island sauce EVER! It’s like they’ve kept it refrigerated for who knows how long.
Definitely not coming back for that crap. Maybe their breakfast menu will be better. That’s if I decide to ever go back.

I’ve been here before and it was ok. We went back today and it was disappointing! We ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and 2 cheeseburgers. WOW!!! They looked McDonald’s hamburgers and even smaller. We paid over $ 30 for this order! I expect a bigger burger than that and it didn’t taste so great! The fries were hard with no flavor. I feel like they gave me food from the previous night!!! I will never go back there!!! Whoever goes there should ask to see how big the burger is. Lol. Because the one that I got was ridiculous…

Good hole in the wall burger joint.
Specials are on point. $ 4 and some change for a chiliburger, chili cheese fries, and a coke!
Fried zucchini enough for a whole army.
They used to accept credit cards, but supposedly they don’t anymore.
About 15 years ago i was about 5 cents short, and the dude said it was all good. Havnt paid them back yet, but i will one day.

This is a pretty run down burger shack with very average food. I had the chili dog and fries, I honestly was a bit scared to eat here. But after almost going to that burger shack down the street from here, it looked a lot better.

The food is inedible. Everything is over cooked. That had to be the hardest onion rings ever! Do yourself a favor and head 2 blocks west to Chipotle or one of the other better tasting fast food places in that area. Not to mention the staff when I was there spoke practically no English. Never waste my money again.

I was going to eat somewhere else, but decided to stop here. Chiliburgers was just screaming my name. Great burger, great hot dogs, and great fries to go along. I left a happy camper :)

5 stars for their chili cheese fries! The chili is a thick meat sauce, no beans, with lots of cheese and fat crispy fries. Sooo greasy, but super delicious! Towards the bottom, the fries are all orange with grease haha, I love it! I felt gross after though, but I know I will go back and get it again one day: P
I love the filet-​o-​fish at McDonalds because I am a senior citizen at heart, but since I was already at Tom’s I tried their fish sandwich. It was a little too fishy for me, I didn’t care for it!

Cheap and ohhh so good!!! I love their fries with their thousand island dressing! Yummm! Their burgers are really good too :)
