Love this place and the only reason its getting a 4 star is because when you order no ice in your drink, they give you a lot less in your cup. Its a bit over half a cup of drink. I’m sorry but Ice hurts my teeth so just either charge me for the extra of add more water.

The Oreo Frappé is my favorite. Just make sure to give yourself time, because there’s usually one person working at a time during the times I have gone to Tom N Toms.

Great service, shorter line then Starbucks or Coffee Bean, and quick to serve. Never had a Cinnamon Mocha Tomnccino & now this is my new favorite drink, no whip of course. They have a larger selection of tea & coffee that I am excited to try when the weather gets colder.

Service here is good, though their AC is apparently broken, during one of the hottest months of the year. Judging from other posts, it’s been broken for at least a month. Really? What kind of BS is that? If you want returning customers, you need to have comfortable customers. Just sensible business practice.

It’s hot and the AC seems to be broken. But the two ladies working were pleasant and friendly. I ordered walnut tomncinno… reminds me of the Korean drink I drank as a child~ it was deliciously made! Parking is $ 1 for 1 hour and $ 2 for unlimited. I think price for the parking is fine given it is located in ktown.

Great place to study! I come here whenever I have a big project and can’t be bothered. Great atmosphere. Good amount of seatings. Only downside is parking cost $ 2 even if you’re only there for half an hour but that’s ktown for you. Look for jennysis, very friendly and gives the best service.

This review could just be specifically for the morning(around 9am). Cons 1) Bad service. The guy couldn’t speak English. I know it’s Ktown, but still… Also, I asked for another cup b/c the tea was so hot but he said that’s not possible and so he just offered me another sleeve. Every other coffee shop uses two cups for a reason. 2) Slow service. There was only one guy there. This is his method — take one order and then fulfill it. It would make more sense to take the orders and then make them all at once. I ended up just standing in line waiting for quite a bit of time even though there was just one person in front of me. 3) Smells like a recently cleaned bathroom? It might just be because I was there in the morning 4) $ 2 parking. Other locations have free parking. Pros: 1) Decent amount of seating Tip: go to a different Tom n Toms or just go to Starbucks where you know you’ll get reliable service.

I come here to do all my school work. It’s a really cute coffee shop with plenty of space in the back for more peeps with their laptops. The best perk about this place is the $ 2 unlimited parking. Service of the baristas has always been superb but I give it a 3 star because I would like to have my lattes to be a bit tastier and sometimes it will be on the lukewarm side so I always have to ask for them to make it extra hot. But overall it’s my regular spot.

The java chip frap is awesome, it beats Starbucks’ java chip. The only thing that makes me go back to Starbucks is that this Java chip does not contained caffeine.

Love this Tom N Toms. They manage to make my latte just the way I like it every time. Friendly staff and I never have to wait too long.

The service is great and baristas are extremely friendly and welcoming. I like most of the drinks they have.

The workers are not very helpful. They are alwaYS in the kitchen and are very loud and noisy. This can be a distraction because a lot of people, along with myself were trying to study. They also messed up our order. My sister ordered a green tea, but they messed up and gave her peppermint tea. My mint choc drink was also not as good as the other locations! It tasted very strange? But oh we

Service here is non existent. As in the workers were constantly in the kitchen and had to be called out literally every time someone was at the register. Mint chocolate tomnccino tasted like toothpaste. For some reason it was way mintier than all the other times I’ve tried it. They also got rid of half their booth… which was really strange. But it was not crowded and was conducive for studying. BIGGESTPETPEEVE! PARKINGLOTCLOSESAT11 but they close at 12. So annoying.

I came here early in the morning and had an excellent hot mocha. Service is great, prices a bit lower than Starbucks and the coffee is excellent. Like the vibe and interior, great to sit down and relax, read, get some work done or catch up with friends. Excellent chain, glad they are now all over LA!

This review is strictly for their coffee — I have not tried any of their pastries. I came here to study in the morning with a friend and ordered a simple coffee. Although it was cheap, it was also extremely watered down and even managed to taste a bit burnt. Worse than my keurig(which I really do not like) and it didn’t even deliver a boost of caffeine.

So, it finally is becoming true. Tom n Toms is losing customers. This store is really empty. A coffee shop must have good coffee, and Tom n Toms coffee tastes disgusting(watered down). The service is horrible. I just saw a customer complain, and the workers just turned their backs without a response plus a mean look on their face, and started fixing the drink. This would never happen at Starbucks. This really needs to stop, or Tom n Toms will cease to exist within 5 years. Goodbye!

I really enjoyed the iced teas here both the peach and pomegranate were really good and refreshing on a hot summer day! Pretty cheap for a grande $ 2.60 and they have ice cream with an interesting fluffy texture like the picture display.

Came here with a friend who suggested this place as I’m from the Valley with no Toms. I was looking for a white chocolate mocha and was told by the guy at the counter who was almost falling asleep(the irony) that they didn’t have it. I almost didn’t know what to order! I took my chances and ordered a Vanilla Tom N ccino. I didn’t think my coffee was anything special, but what I did find nice is the vibe. There is nothing more pleasant than being surrounded by people studying QUIETLY.

This was a first Tom N Toms in Ktown before they opened like 100000 other ones in ktown. I like this one the most. I dont know why but maybe cuz I have been coming here so many times it just feels like home when I come here. I love their tortilla pizza and their greentea latte is to die for! I am a big fan of greentea lattes and the matcha flavor they have is kind of flavor I like! Not too sweet but a bit grassy. I love it Only thing bad about this place is the parking. Unless you street park, you are entitled to pay the valet EVEN if you park your car yourself.
