No decaf espresso? And what is with those weird shellacked desserts? It looks like something from a museum.

Beverages/food: the drinks offered here is similar to what Starbucks offers. I ordered their java chip tomnccino which I did enjoy since its basically identical to the Starbucks java chip frap. I also purchased their house made Parmesan pretzel and it was too soft in consistency which gave it an almost uncooked feeling. Service: 2.5/5-I ordered with a friend and it took us nearly 1 hour to receive our items because there was only one person working and she forgot my friends entire order. Parking: street/neighboring area which requires you to pay by meter

Bad service!!! I ordered mint chocolate but got a coffee latte instead. I asked for a change but they yelled at me instead… What a typical Asian café I’m never coming back!

Was told that they only accept cash because their internet was down. It’s the same story every morning. If a chain like this can’t accommodate customers all business will go to coffee bean. Good for them.

For being by Western and Wilshire, it’s not a very exciting Tom N Toms. If you don’t like this one, then just walk on over to the next one because it’s the Starbucks of K-Town. I tried a hot pretzel because I wanted a snack. It was okay… it was freshly made and I watched and I sort of regretted getting it since I was going to have dinner later. It’s okay, but pretzels aren’t really my choice of snacks and it’s one of the things they have at Tom N Toms.

The first Tom n Toms I’ve been to is way back when I was in Korea. Ordered their green tea latte and gosh was it creamy and flavorful, not too sweet and not too overpowering to my taste. I also tried my sissy’s sweet potato latte and boy I tell ya’ it tasted just like you’re munching on a real thing. I wish they have one close by where I live so that I don’t have to settle on the one that’s in every corner wherever you turn.

Where do i start?, First of all, the Wifii sucks here. They give you a shitty ass number code to log in to and it is not very easy to set up as it would be at Coffee Bean or Starbucks. The employees act as if i am retarded when i need help in setting up there piece of shit wifii connections. I ordered the garlic french toast with cheese which was good. Coffee is great, no complaints there. Bathroom several times was out of order, but i have only come here twice before. Upside is that there are plenty of chairs to sit and there is a great view of the city. Downside is that, there are homeless and ghetto scary looking people that walk in and out of here bugging people. Avoid this place at all cost. I am never coming back here again.

I am an avid coffee drinker. I go to a coffee shop daily. I usually go to Starbucks but thought I would try out a Tom n Toms.. . Well that was a mistake. I walked in and the security guard was standing at the order counter blocking me from being able to place an order.. .. The ‘Barista’ did not stop his personal conversation with the security guard either. When the security man finally walked away I began to tell the Batista my order. When I began speaking the obnoxious security guard spoke over and demanded a hot caramel macciato. This is not a good way to maintain a business.

This is one of my favorite places to visit! I love coming here, especially to study. Not only they’re open 24 hours a day, but they have my favorite citron tea! The pretzels are very tasty and coffee drinks are good as well. It’s almost always a chaos in here, and finding a place to study is a journey… but still. i’m here almost every day and i love it!

I came here early in the morning and had an excellent hot mocha. Service is great, prices a bit lower than Starbucks and the coffee is excellent. Like the vibe and interior, great to sit down and relax, read, get some work done or catch up with friends. Excellent chain, glad they are now all over LA!

I saw that people said a lot of negative things about this place, but I figured it couldn’t be that bad. I was wrong. I came in to get a small snack since I was hungry but had only a few hours before my dinner plans. First of all, I wanted to order the Caramel Toast but they said they didn’t have any whipped cream. What. Okay then, I’ll pass. Then I noticed there was a big sign with all the pretzels on it, so I decided to get one of those. A lot of the names were whited out so I asked if those weren’t available. Worker had no clue what I was talking about. What. Then I asked for the«Hot» Pretzel(as it says on the sign). She was confused which one that was. OHHH the one with the jalapenos? Yes. Then I wanted to get three macarons but saw there was only one of the Earl Grey. She says there are more in the back so I ask for three of those. She comes back and says nevermind, there’s only that one. WHYDIDYOUGETMYHOPESUP… While I’m waiting for my food, I notice little flies everywhere and get grossed out for getting food here. Then when I go to get napkins, I see there are none. and have to spend another 5 minutes trying to get the worker’s attention to refill them. The pretzel tasted okay but the workers here killed the whole experience. Not coming back.

Walking in, the place was a mess. Used cups and napkins around on all the tables. Wasn’t inviting at all. I understand that it’s right next to the metro station, but it should be a lot cleaner than what I saw. The girl at the counter just stared at us waiting for us to order. She didn’t look like she was enjoying her time working there. Ended up leaving without ordering anything. Pretty positive I won’t be going back.

Tom N Toms is like a Korean Starbucks. We stayed here for hours and got 4FREE Hours Validation card! Sweet. It’s in K-Town. B. got 2 black tea lattes hot. It tasted like a HK milk tea. I just got iced tap water. You need validation code for bathroom that’s on the receipt.

No it’s not a GPS device, it’s a coffee shop. Tom n toms is the slightly challenged step cousin to Starbucks. But how they try. The sizes are familiar: tall, grande and venti(a bad idea when Starbucks did it is somehow even stupider at tommy tomz). You will need a 4 digit code to access the most disgusting bathroom I’ve ever seen at a coffee shop. It makes the throne at the shell station outside Bakersfield look like the Ritz Carleton lobby. But wait they have bObA!!! Sorry Tom, I’m not 14 and Korean. What about their giant pretzels? Those go with average quality coffee! Thank god for another coffee chain to insure any local business with character doesn’t taint the pristine landscape of k town.

Nope. Macarons were the worst I have ever had, soggy and tasted like artificial flavorings and Red 40. The bathroom here was DISGUSTING. I felt like I needed to take a shower when I got out of there. Would definitely not return here.

Tom n Toms is the Starbucks of K-Town. I haven’t tried their coffee but my coworker introduced me to their butter bread which is just like brick toast at asian tea houses in the 626. Came to this location early Friday morning to pick up a snack for my coworkers. Our go-to butter bread flavors are: *Honey Butter Bread: Bread+Caramel? You can’t go wrong! It’s also served with fresh whipped cream which is super light and not too sweet. None of that Reddi Whip stuff. *Garlic Bread: This one took some getting used to. It’s garlic bread with cheddar cheese in the middle but is also drizzled with honey on top. So it’s an interesting sweet/savory combo. Butter bread takes about 15 minutes to prepare. Maybe quicker because I ordered 4.

Id give it ½ star if that were possible. I’ve come here numerous times out of connivence, since it’s walking distance from my apartment. But from now on I will take the extra time to cross the street to coffee bean. The employees at Tom n Tome are CLUELESS. I’ve been handed incorrect change on several occasions. Had my coffee orders messed up and one time I waited almost 15mins to get my coffee /bagel order… I wouldn’t normally bitch about a wait but I WASLITERALLYTHEONLYONETHERE! The cashier/barista had gone to the back to text on their phone before making my drink, I looked behind the counter after waiting FOREVER and saw them on their phone and I demanded a defund which took another 5 mins of my time. Never coming back!

Very Bad experience this afternoon. Whoever the two guy who’s on duty n this branch s*cks. Never felt so discriminated in my life Those two guys need to be fired, well that’s according to my brother who’s considering franchising this store. they don’t even help to maintain cleanliness. No available deli when i re ordered, really? Or maybe this two guys are just busy gossiping like a girl. Some Unilocal reviews are right. Staffs are RUDE!

Sadly, a 1-star review :( Tom N Toms, a staple Korean chain coffee house, has failed me on two visits in one day in multiple ways. There seems to be a lack of staff who understand/speak English, which was odd because the patrons are pretty diverse from what I saw seated at tables. With that, I had to repeat my order of hot tall chamomile several times before the order was properly understood. Unfortunately, service was also poor and didn’t make up for the language barrier. The only good part of the whole experience was that the tea was from Harney & Sons and I love all their teas! The bathroom was a total mess with no toilet seat covers, wet floors, and plenty other unpleasantry. I made another trip back here later in the day(I parked in the parking garage down below) and wanted a snack and ordered the cream cheese pretzel. I watched the associate roll out some dough in the back(cool, a totally fresh pretzel). After an astonishingly quick 5-minute wait, my pretzel was done! I head to my car and start my commute home while munching on the pretzel. After one bite, I found that the dough was still completely raw! I’m so sad!
