I’ve been attending the mat pilates class here for almost a month now and it’s great. Clean and serene studio. The class size is kept fairly small, so the instructors are able to get hands on and correct postures. It almost feels like private lessons.
I always feel so refreshed after pilates class. Getting exercise and loosening up knots simultaneously is a great use of my time!

Perfect place for kids and adult ballet.
All teachers have a lot of knowledge and experience in ballet. Also they are really friendly.

Instructor Julie is wonderful!
I’ve attend adult ballet class and she teaches the best! basic ballet movements easy to follow but really hard to hold your body up and balance! losing lots of weight and toning muscles.
Studio is very nice and clean and other instructors are very friendly too!
They have kids ballet, art, k-​pop dance and adult beginner ballet and mat pilates everyday!
