Bad store. Don’t go there. They’re not a corporate store. I bought a Note 3. They said I could exchange it within 14 days if there was anything wrong with the phone. Then comes the 14th day and I found a defect on the camera. A dead pixel or something. The store told me I would have to pay a re-stocking fee. The second option was they could submit some type of claim through the manufacturer directly. I was upset about the phone and almost paid the re-stocking fee. Then something told me to call a different store. I called the S Pasadena store that happened to be a corporate store. They exchanged it without a re-stocking fee hassle free. They told me that the non-corporate store was supposed to do the same since they’re selling T-mobile phones, but they likely didn’t want to. Bad service.

The guys here are super helpful and are really good at taking care of my needs. I walked in totally lost, not knowing which phone to get but the manager really helped me figure out what phone would work best for my lifestyle.

Got 2 t-mobile G1’s for only $ 160! My wife and I walked in looking for 2G1’s, I was pleasantly shocked when the sales rep mentioned that they’re currently having a special«buy one g1 get the second for free» With a savings of over $ 150.00 can we get an «Amen» With a no pressure sales rep we were in and within 30mins. A definite 2 thumbs up!
