I will never use this company again i paid for my daughter sweet 16 cake months in advance and on the day of the party nobody answer the phone for pick up i had to go into the store and buy my baby a cake i still have not been refunded and i am very upset.

This is seriously a FAKE company. I tried contacting «Tipsy Cupcakery» and no one initially answered. They called back about 2 minutes later and said they were open. I along with some colleagues including, my boss, his boss, his boss and his boss… all drove there only to find that it was an apartment complex (5÷20÷16). After already purchasing the online deal «$ 15 for $ 30 of cupcakes» I was humiliated in front of my department! They’re already calling me «The Cake Boss». Horrible experience. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS DEAL. #Bamboozled #NigerianPrinceScheme

I ordered cupcakes from this FAKE company I never received them. For three days she gave me the run around so I took it upon myself to go to the address on Unilocal,and it was a janky apartment building and when I called to let her know I was there she never picked up. I had prepaid for my order and thankfully I was able to get a refund. She is very unprofessional I will never count on her again. And these cupcakes were for my mothers day gift.
