So this is gonna sound corny, but Ill say it anyway… This place is one of those small gems! I work at UCLA, so their location is incredible, I can walk over there at any time. The first time I went there, I needed a little bling because I was getting engaged. That was a BIG hit. Then I went back there for all kinds of stuff for the wedding and then later on for Christmas gifts. All those were BIG hits too! They have all kinds of stuff from jewelry for all tastes to watches for all tastes. Perhaps, the best thing is the people who work there… Niloofar is incredible. You can tell her who youre buying for and she comes up with the best suggestions and options. In my experience, her recommendations have ALL been very well liked by recipients. This is a huge help for me, as a guy who isn’t in the know about whats good for who. Even if she doesn’t have what your looking for on hand, she’ll go back to the suppliers and look again or even make it custom made for you. Theres never any pressure, just warm and friendly people. It goes to say that they often have amazing sales so that’s easy on the wallet too.

1. Too much pressure to sell their jewelry. I felt very uncomfortable. 2. Bargain strategy. No firm price. Depends on your answer to a question«What is your budget?» That means that they can sell you the same ring for $ 500 or $ 1500 probably. In my opinion, this is a price discrimination. People who do not like and feel very uncomfortable about bargain will pay much more in contrast with ones who like and know how to do this. 3. «It really costs $ 10,000, but we’ll sell it ONLYTOYOU and ONLYTODAY for $ 1,000!» LOOOL 4. The owners immediately loose their interest in you and show how they are disgruntled if you say, that you are not interested in something very expensive, or you should think about it and probably come back tomorrow. Even if you really liked something in their store and were going to buy it, after such reaction you will not want to come back.

Definitely recommend westwood jewelry. There is a sweet married couple that owns this place and their customer service is unbeatable. Prices are great and pieces are beautiful.
