Went to a few parties here and it’s a sweet spot.
Huge open space so it doesn’t get stuffy.
There’s pretty big open outside area which helps for smokers.
Waiting for more parties at this location.

I came one night for an art gallery. I really liked how the organizers made creative use of the space, which had plenty room to explore unlike the smaller galleries I’ve been to in West LA. Plenty of street parking around, and I will definitely keep an eye out for future events to come back!

Such a gem of a space in LA! Great underground and intimate scene. But large enough not to feel congested or cramped. I’ve been to a few warehouses that are confining and can get overwhelming, even with a small crowd. But the high ceilings here and the wide open outdoor area provides plenty room to move, get a bite at the taco trucks, or just lounge under the stars.
Went to a party here where the roof was so high the dj stage was set up 3 floors above ground level. Really loved how the space was utilized. There’s ample street parking and it’s easy to find. Still, secluded enough not to be hassled by the downtown crowd. Will definitely be back!

Very cool event space! This place is so spacious and is so versatile. The set up was pretty cool for the NYE party I went to. I liked how the DJ could be placed up top and there is so much space both indoor and out! Location is great too in downtown LA with plenty of street parking. I also like that it can be gated to keep outsiders out. I would highly recommend this space to anyone looking for an event space that can easily be transformed to your event’s needs.
