I only had a cup of coffee there, but had an amazing experience! I got there with a friend right before closing but they didn’t mind for us to stay a little bit longer. We had a nice coffee in a very cozy place. The décor makes you feel like at home. Definitely coming back to try those eye catching deserts!

I’ve been going to Village Bakery at least once a week for the last three years. I bring my laptop there to work, I bring my kids there for breakfast, I meet my friends there for lunch. The baked goods are amazing, unlimited coffee refills, the food is fresh and relatively healthy, and the owner and staff are really nice. I’ve ordered catered items from them as well, which have been great. Service is always quick and friendly. It’s one of my favorite places.

Great spot for just hanging out with a few friends and having breakfast. If you’re someone who loves breakfast/brunch, you will definitely like this place because their food is delicious. It’s super casual(came here after a hike) and pretty loud. Here are my pros: There’s outside seating(you can take your dog, too). The seating is basically first-come –first-serve, so try to find a seat as soon as you get there and then get in line for food. Another plus is they use organic(Cage-free) eggs & you can truly taste the difference of their food. Free coffee refills for regular cup of coffee(probably my favorite part). However, the portions are pretty small, so if you’re someone who likes big portions, you might not like it as much.

The quality and selection of baked goods and food items are impressive. They have gluten free and vegan baked goods too. They sell uniquely decorated cakes, I think was like a 9″ round for $ 25. You order at the counter and then seat yourself. They will bring your order to your table. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Great place to work and be alone or bring friends since they have a nice long communal table.

Very cute spot. It’s great for studying, writing. although it can get a tad bit loud and the seats can fill up quickly. I really like their breakfast. The menu isn’t too diverse but the food is great. The omelet comes with delicious potatoes and the french toast is amazing! They also have to go dinner items that seem to change every time I go in. They had a macaroni and cheese ready to heat and eat. & their bakery looks delicious. All in all, I’d go back for their great food.

Loved the raspberry coconut bar as well as the fig and cream cheese croissant. They have a unique selection of both sweet and savory treats, way too many good things, I will have to be back and try more next time. Service was great, the café cute with plenty of seating. Parking is hit or miss, but we got lucky right around the corner. Prices are a bit high but given the quality and that they offer items I have not seen elsewhere I feel the prices are justified, worth a stop!

Hard to choose between 3 and 4 stars. If I were going to go 3 stars, the main reason would be the price. Way overpriced. I was also given an Italian salad on two occasions when I ordered a cobb. Also, parking is hard to find. 3.5÷5 overall. Now that the cons are out of the way, the food here is good. I do indeed love their salads. Perfect portions. They advertise themselves as organic; nitrate free bacon and free range chicken. You can taste it. Cobb salad is delicious, all the portions work together well. I like their blue cheese a lot. I had the blackened chicken sandwich today and it was nice. Caramelized red onions went well with the blue cheese and the chicken was cooked perfectly. Marinated well too. Fresh soft bun. I always walk past the baked goods and am heavily tempted. I had a brownie once and it was dope. Dope in a good way, for those not familiar with underground hip hop lol. But yeah good stuff. If they lowered their prices by like a dollar I would be coming here much more frequently. They charge $ 10.50 for a dang BLT. That’s bacon, lettuce, and tomato people. It does come with a soup or salad, but still…

This is a place I used to go to often but lately I have been opting for elsewhere. The staff is great but everything else is just good. The coffee and food is good — I’ve never had anything awesome and have tried many things(veggie scramble, tuna melt, quiche, cookies, polenta breakfast). I want to give it a 3.5 but that’s not an option! Yesterday I had the savory bread pudding and a coffee and my bill was $ 17. I did not like the dish(it was bland and just tasted like mushy bread) and I could have had a really nice brunch elsewhere for the price so I think I won’t be coming here much anymore. If I spend almost $ 20 on brunch, I want it to be awesome and there are a lot more awesome options in the neighborhood! Sorry, Village, but our love affair has come to and end. That being said, if you are looking to buy loaves of breads or just coffee and pastries, this is a good spot to try.
