Was in a hurry to get a haircut and found this place. Safe to say you get what you pay for and more. This a sports theme barber so the sports memorabilia was a good thing to see. Things like pictures of the great Ali reminds me of how great he was. I was also surprised to find a deflated soccer ball there as well. D juan was the barber who cut my head. Very laid back guy, talked about his time in hawaii, and what not. It was a lively atmosphere on that day due the miami heat game. It was a real pleasure being able to get a fresh fauxhawk cut, and watch guys get dunked on at the same time. The prices are somewhat steep, but I can see why due to the things you get there, and these days n age all haircuts are becoming pricey. This is a good place not only for a haircut but to actually relax and talk and watch sports too.

I attended this barbershop a couple weeks ago as I was referred by a friend. I got my haircut by Marvin, who was a very professional barber with a good attitude. I had observed Marvin’s skills from afar a week prior when cutting a friends hair of mine, and liked what he did. Marving cut my hair the following week and had me looking great. He is a hardworking barber and dedicated. He will sometimes be in the shop alone at odd hours just to please clients. The interior is welcoming and clean, the other barbers in the show seem to have a good report with one another. There isn’t a whole lot of gossiping, and when I went on a saturday it wasn’t too packed to get a haircut. Marvin takes good time with his clients heads so if you book him, make sure you do it an hour or so before you go to your event. Marvin didn’t cut my hair at the time I booked, but that is expected sometimes with barbershops, it’s a hit or miss. I hope next time it’s a different however. I’m from the east coast as well and in philly, de, jersey, nyc, the straight razor is used like a microphone is for singing, it’s a barbers magic trick to the shape up along with dark hair markers/dye. I was very surprised that Marvin was unable to deliver as expected to make my shape up extra sharp utilizing these tools, but was able to cut everything else really good. I would only suggest he work on mastering these tools more to make his shape ups stick out and take his haircuts to a whole new level.
