The location, management, building, and upkeep are all fantastic. The current property manager, Brooke, is also a fantastic, 5⁄5 star manager. I’ve never had any problems with the either of the two property managers I’ve had here.
One major downside is that the prices are too steep for the amenities and space provided. Based on employee treatment and a lack of upgrading/​reinvesting in the building, I get the sense that the owners are more concerned with selling leases than making a ~$ 1900 1-​BR/​1-​BT worth the cost. However, the management of the property has always been top-​notch.
