The Law Office of Randall Rich, Esq

Mr Rich is the most unprofessional attorney I have ever seen. Douglas P., (below) was a friend of my roommate and unleashed Randy on me, because I sought a restraining order after D. Pemberton threatened me, my roommate and my kids, along with making accusations of drug and human trafficking, murder, rape and genocide; Randy not only condones this, but got in on the act and started making demands and threats of his own. I’ve now put up with this for 4 months, while this officer of the court covered and concealed his clients actions, even after being scheduled as a witness in a civil trial initiated by Guyman Douglas P., Who responded by threatening other people if they didn’t prevent my testimony, making death threats and posting my address and personal information on line along with an insane rant, more accusations and homophobic bigotry. Mr. Rich denies that his client has done any of this but Guyman D. Pemberton decided to communicate most of his threats in writing and CC’ed Mr. Rich on several. Mr. Rich lied to me and refuses to tell his client to stop, even after I shared dozens of messages and internet posts from Pemberton, G. Douglas. When I called him out for facilitating months of harassment and ignoring his client’s criminal activity, this was Mr. Rich’s response: «I really don’t need to be bothered with your complaining that Mr. Pemberton has somehow hurt your feelings or caused you to lose sleep.» And here is an example of the compelling use of free speech that Mr. Rich defended:
«Well, Pete XXXXxx or Pete XXXXXXX is a scumbag. He is exactly what his ex wife says. He is a life problem. He is a security issue to life. He goes to TJ Tijuana regularly looking for under age girls to rape. and pilage. He should be locked up. He shot himself and shot his festival of while in the pursuit of a victim in TJ. He wanted to kidnap a girl in TJ under the age of 16 and get her to marry him. He and his gay buddy Gary D are dangerous persons. Stephanie contact me at

He is a threat to society.» –Posted on social media, that incoherent statement was followed by my address and phone number.
I’ll bet Randy takes action against me, because I’ve associated him with the illegal activity he covered up; yet he has done nothing to discourage his client and that remains posted on other sites, intended to intimidate me and prevent my testimony.

Mr Rich isn’t «bothered» that his client «hurt my feelings», or that covering for his client and threatening me for trying to protect myself has encouraged his patently mentally ill client and put myself and my family at unnecessary risk. You can rest assured that when you hire him, he will give you that same double standard of protection under the law. *not responsible for loss due to misrepresentation resulting in summary judgement, but you may be held responsible for the actions of your attorney. Most people don’t want to seek out an Attorney. Due to the fact that if a person is seeking council it usually isn’t for a Birthday Party. Maybe in the aftermath of such things.
However, My view of «The Attorney» has changed. Changed in a positive and clear way all thanks to Randall Rich, Esq.
As a victim of a violent crime the system and the Prosecutors office can and does leave victims feeling isolated, ignored and re victimized by those whose job is to prosecute fairly in criminal court. When that doesn’t happen there are «Real caring Human Beings» that will listen and help and understand this issues we go through. I am not just a client of Randall Rich, Esq. I feel more as if a good life long friend is representing me.
As a civil lawsuit can take much to to put together and be just a complete drain on a persons emotions, patience and a huge financial burden when it drags out over months and years. But I know one thing that I wouldn’t have this case handled by any other firm or Attorney. Randall has constantly done what is best for me (his client) first.
