I came here to get eyelashes for the first time for my wedding and it was an amazing experience! The place is clean and quiet and the staff is helpful and accommodating. Andrea is super-​professional and did a wonderful job! She made me very comfortable and explained everything to me before and showed me how to care for my lashes afterward. I received endless compliments on how full and natural they looked and they lasted for over 5 weeks. I would recommend The Lash & Brow Academy to anyone looking to get their lashes done. Andrea’s the best in the west!

I can not speak highly enough about the Lash and Brow Academy and Andrea! I was trained back in 2012 with them using the NovaLash technique, along with their Billion Dollar Brow training. As anyone that has started performing lash extensions, it is very frustrating and nerve racking in the beginning! The NovaLash technique is superior to most lash trainings in the U.S. and Andrea was always there for me by phone, text or email to help me through any issues I came across and to share in the ah ha moments as well!

I can’t explain how amazing Andrea is @ lash & brow! I came to her because my friend Justine in Fresno who is a lash artist also. She has driven to LA to take her classes because she IS the woman to come to for lashes in LA! Anyways I originally came to her because the lady I previously went to destroyed one of my brows! Then in standing and speaking with Andrea… we discussed how lashes should look and last. Well… that wasn’t the case for mine previously Andrea!
Andrea takes her time! She gets every lash, she makes sure they are all the correct way; not pointing down, they look friggen real and are soft! Mine last over 4 weeks. The previous lady I was going to at the middle of 2 weeks I needed a full! Andrea is so awesome and so OCD making sure the lashes look amazing!
I also go to her for my brows! After my 1 had to grow back in! My brows have never looked like this! So awesome!
She is the real Novalash!

After spending over $ 1500. For this class taught by Andrea I had more questions than answers. What I did not know is the owner/​teacher had recently learned eyelash extensions herself. To practice applying lashes we were given a piece of paper with a lash strip to practice on. Once we could get one lash on we were certified by Andrea. After leaving class I had many questions. Andreas answer was always «what do you think.» I call the main Novalash office about the incompetent training, but it was out of their hands because the Novalah training is contacted out. Meaning it’s not real Novalash training. I have since jump ship and went to Xtreme Lash training and they answered all my questions. Also I had to put on 140 lashes on correctly to be certified by Xtreme Lash

I just wanted to let everyone know that Andrea and Kelli are amazing! Andrea spent so much time today on the phone with me going over product and what would be best for my cliental with my budget. They are acomidating and helpful. Thank you!

Andrea Dopico was my teacher for the certification and although the upfront cost is an investment, I’m so glad I did! I can’t even begin to tell you what the Novalash certification has done for my business! I never thought I could be so successful from performing one specialty service in the beauty world. As a brand, I have had the best experience following my training. Every time I had a question about anything I received a quick and thorough response. Who wouldn’t love that? Most companies could careless once you cough up the money and your on your own. No, NOT Novalash. It’s like a community and all the lash artists constantly update tips and help each other out so we can be the best in the industry.
Now lets talk about the QUALITY of the product. I have worked with multiple brands of lashes before being certified and as a client nothing lasted as long or looked as thick, yet natural looking. I truly feel that it’s Novalash or nothing. I’m a lifer! My clients even notice the difference on novalash because they can go longer between fills. Getting certified is something you won’t regret! Hopefully you get Andrea as your trainer because she is the best! So patient and helpful and we have kept in contact consistently since I trained 2 years ago.

I want to update this and say that I recently received a new bottle of glue and it is working much better than the one my complaint was about.
