They were recommended by an inspector, and he was right. It was easy to get a prompt appointment and they showed up on time. They inspected the chimney and told us we did not need the expensive repair recommended by another company. The cleaning was thorough but not intrusive. They even gave us instruction on how to make a great fire. Very pleased with L.A. Sweep.

Mark showed up on time and checked out the chimney which only needed cleaning after 10 years of usage. Very honest and trustworthy guy who doesn’t try to scam his customers.
