The Kitchen Warehouse

I was promised the world, and paid for it, and received crap back. After 4 tries to get one final door sized correctly, I am still waiting.
Besides the 4 visits to my house to try and get it right, the heavy glass on one front totally fell off. I am just grateful at this point that myself or someone in my family was not hurt. The company I bought these cabinets from was Omega, represented by Glen Ferguson, owner of Kitchen Warehouse.
I am still waiting for them to fix this issue.
Beware, stay away, there are enough companies who can make a decent cabinet, but it’s not Omega, or any other company Kitchen Warehouse reps.

I called this place to get an idea of how they work and it’s obvious that they are an over-​glorified Home Depot for cabinets. Their customer service is terrible and it seems that I know more about cabinetry then the person who answered the phone. I’m not stepping foot in this place.

I’ve never in my life had such a horrible experience as I’ve had here. This has been the most frustrating 2 months of my life. We ordered our cabinetry (which was the price of a small car) on 11÷19÷14, and put half down as a deposit. Verbally promised delivery was 4 – 6 weeks. I called Dec 15^th for an update and to see how the timeline was going, only to be told that they wanted to move the delivery date to Jan 15^th. After yelling and moaning they agreed to the week between xmas and new years.
I called Monday that week, only to discover that the office was closed till the 2^nd, which was the 6 week mark. Regardless how many times I called and reached the secretary at this point the salesman would NEVER respond to my calls, I’ve probably left 20 messages, and still no response. Do you know how frustrating it is to be kept in the dark? I was looking up lawyers at this point when I got a call on the 14^th that said the cabinets would be ready. So I went back into the store, paid the remainder and the beautiful cabinets showed up on Friday the 17^th of January. EXCEPT, that the delivery was now missing four aluminum doors, the trash drawer, and all the molding for the cabinets.
It is now 2 weeks late, I still don’t have those pieces, my installers have come and gone, we’ve discovered that the shelves in the cabinets are incorrect lengths, and I still can’t get through to the person who should be taking care of me, but get the run around by the secretary, who now says that they won’t install the late pieces and I have to pay my installers to come back a second time. Then when I call back angry, she says they can get their installer to install it next Friday! That’s another week from now! That’ll be 11 and a half weeks from the order date, let’s not rush this after all?!
Honestly please do yourself a favor, go somewhere else, save yourself the heartache. The cabinets are well made, but it’s not worth the pain, anger, and disappointment. I honestly cannot believe a company can stay in business after the way I’ve been treated here. This is the VERY worst place I’ve ever dealt with.
Oh and then the salesman talks to my wife and say the we should thank her for amending their mistakes that they made! this is unreal! Run, from this place!

The Kitchen Warehouse did a terrible job designing my kitchen, Julie also was not honest about the quality of what I was getting. The Cabinets are cheap junk. Glen the manger came to my house and yelled at me. I could have done better at Ikea or Home Depot. Nothing about the cabinets are correct or nice. The sizes are wrong, doors don’t close, doors are warped. One drawer is blocking a door to another room, the moldings don’t fit. It is a mess!!!

I love Sheila! She is a great kitchen designer. I have an old kitchen with a lot of weird corners. I also wanted all my appliances to be fully integrated, so everything has to be precise to the specs. Sheila is very familiar with custom panels and integrated appliances. She was able to help me design my kitchen to fit my space and fit all my built in appliances. She is very attention to details. Too bad that my project got postponed and I didn’t end up buying cabinet from this place. But I’m considering this place for my future project.

Julia designed and installed our beautiful kitchen to perfection and in record time. I do not have the «vision» to see what a space can be, so it was very important to have someone like Julia who guided me through all the minutiae of designing our ideal kitchen. I highly recommend The Kitchen Warehouse.

The kitchen Warehouse designed (Julia) and installed my entire kitchen to perfection. I am so happy with the results. Stellar products wonderful design. They work with you to get exactly what you want. I recommend visiting the showroom to see the product for yourself! The products they sell are top notch, nice quality this is not the products you find at Home Depot. So if you want a really nice kitchen with excellent products come here. If you want a cheep quick job then go someplace else. This is for customers who want a custom kitchen, not one out of the box.
