The Juicy Leaf

First off, they had a peach candle lit and it smelled soo delicious! Service was excellent and I love their collection of plants :) Their backyard is super cute and they also had a cool collection of lights

On my last visit to Abbot Kinney I’ve noticed that they moved closer to Venice Blvd. I’m glad they’re still around since I love this store. You step into another world once you enter the store, it’s peaceful, calm, but exciting in the same time. I love succulents, and they create amazing decorative flower arrangements that last for a very long time as long as you respect the instructions that come with the plant you purchased. The staff is nice, they give you great advice and they can custom make decorative pots like they did for my mom in law (she took it on the plane, no problems going through the security, the staff here assured us she won’t have any trouble). I got a Zebra plant here and it’s still pretty and adds some fun to my patio. Prices aren’t low, but if you’re looking for a nice gift, something more original, or you need a cool decorative pot for your outdoor are, The Juicy Leaf is a great place to shop in. My only problem was having a hard time deciding what to get.

I’m a plant novice and wanted to dress up my place and add some life to it. When I went into the juicy leaf was a bit overwhelmed.
However, the owner (Felix) and his staff are amazing. Super friendly and talented.
I’ve ended up now getting a number of different plants and arrangements here. Their very creative arrangements, also make for great gifts.

This review is a week over due but I must say that my visit at The Juicy Leaf last week was such a great experience. It was my first time making a succulent masterpiece and I surely came to the right place. The entire staff was genuinely nice, very helpful, very professional and the selection is very wide-​range. I booked an hour experience along with 4 other people which during this time we enjoyed drinks, the presentation and creating our very own masterpiece. We finished just in time but if you’re planning to mingle and really soak up the experience I’d suggest booking 2 hours. With 2 hours, this will also give you more time to snack or cater in food and look around. There’s so much art and plant selections to look at throughout the store. They also have a super cute patio and lounge area towards the back. Very quiet and perfect for mingling or hanging out with your group. I’d definitely come back and clearly, I highly suggest this place to anyone.

I came to the juicy leaf because I wanted some succulents and plants to decorate my apartment with. They were very helpful to my husband and I and literally walked around the store with us as we picked out items and created custom pieces for us. I love everything in the store they have an amazing selection. They’re also very knowledgeable about what kind of plants will thrive in your space and tell you exactly how to take care of them. I felt they were very reasonably priced and our items were done within two days. This would be also a great spot to buy a really nice gift for someone. I will definitely back for soon!

Love this place! Being on Abbot Kinney you think it would be very expensive but it is affordable and they do a stunning job and in a very timely fashion! I will definitely be coming back and recommend this place to anyone!
