The Grand View Collection

I noticed that Jesse lives in LaFayette, Louisiana. Seeing as the Grand View apartment complex (and the neighborhood in general) is a dirty, roach infested, overpriced, stinkhole… I think it’s save to say that someone paid him for his review. But you don’t have to take my word for it– spend 5 minutes researching this place on the web and it will be obvious that you don’t want to live here. I feel stupid for not doing the research myself– it’s literally the worst, and I moved out the second my lease was up.

I love this place. I suppose Breanna had a bad time living here because of the old management. Things definitely seem to have improved. I enjoy living here very much. The neighborhood is cleaning up nicely. There are no bugs in MY apartment. The management is ALWAYS available and present. They are very understanding and very nice. I love my neighborhood. We have two food trucks right in front of our building most days. That makes for a very convenient fruit run.
The metro is literally a block away. The 99cent store is a block away. Food4Less is a few blocks away. Living here is affordable in every way possible.
I love this place for many many reasons. Haters gon hate, but this white boy is here to stay! ;)

I would give negative stars if this website would allow it.
DO NOT under any circumstances rent from this place.
Unless you like cockroaches, bed bugs and loud obnoxious neighbors with screaming children that they do not control. People blast their music at all hours, their dogs bark and howl and whine ALL NIGHT. The management doesn’t do anything about noise complaints.
Oh, and there is NO parking ever. The families that live in the neighborhood dominate the entire block, as well as the surrounding ones. Then at night as their famiy memebers start to come home they rearrange the whole block to fit as many of there cars in as possible.
You can’t go out at night because the neighborhood is so bad.
It always smells like urine. Its a dirty nasty place to live.
Don’t let them fool you with the prices and promises of new management.
They recently sold our apartment buildings with no warning and we now have new management that is impossible to get ahold of.
I literally CANT STAND IT HERE.
I am so disgusted.
