My experience from beginning to end:
I’d been looking around for an optometrist for weeks when I came across this place.
I saw that they had this awesome deal where you come in for an exam and you get free frames all for 75 dollars. Why the heck not right?
I called and the friendliest receptionist I’ve ever had the pleasure of communicating with answered the phone. Her name is Maggie. She answered all my questions and was extremely patient with me. Just that alone set the tone for the rest of the experience, because you’ll find the whole staff is just as friendly and comforting.
So I went in for my 9:00 AM appointment and was seen by Dr. Sharon Tong.
She’s just… wow. She’s great. She does her job with excellence and when I told her my
insurance doesn’t cover the additional exams I need, she went through the trouble of looking
for other places that would take my insurance. Who does that?! So the exam was over and I got to look through the selection of frames with great help from Michael their operations manager, Maggie, and the rest of their team. Finally I found a great pair of frames and walked out happy. 10 minutes didn’t pass when I got a call from the office reminding me the importance of getting the other exam I need to further inspect my eye health.
That’s probably what impressed me the most.
It didn’t matter to them whether I have the exam there in their office or somewhere else.
To me, that says a lot about why they do what they do.
If you want to go somewhere where you matter this is definitely the place.
