Sandwiches are good, but way overpriced. Customer service is almost non existent. Be prepared to wait an unnecessary about of time.

Tried to get lunch here the other day. There were not one but two dogs in the deli, waiting in line. No, they were not service dogs. No, they were not emotional-support dogs(but it doesn’t matter, because they can’t be in restaurants anyhow). They were just pet dogs. Then I thought about all the other dogs that had must’ve been in the deli already that day. Then I left, to get lunch elsewhere.

I love the feel of The Deli at Little Dom’s, small and cozy, like an Italian deli would be. Best of all the sandwiches are marvelous. The Cold Fried Chicken is excellent, with breaded, fried chicken, big handfuls of arugula, mozzerella and something very lemony and tart. It is like a summer picnic in one happy mouthful. The Brooklyn Dodger is filling and tasty, with pepperoni, turkey, shredded lettuce, roasted pepper, and a pickle relish of some kind. I sprung for a bag of half a dozen oatmeal raisin cookies. They are pricey and very thin, almost resembling a delicate lace cookie, but the deep sugary flavors and chewy texture is the best. I’ll be coming back!

The main thing I love here are the Gluten Free baked goods. «Holy s**t, the chocolate scones are ridiculously good, I wish I got here earlier to buy more so I could hide them someplace weird in my house so my boyfriend doesn’t find them.» I think to myself, after the first bite. If I’m too late for scones, I pretend I that I came for the delicious salads in the case. They are great, and always good to bring home as a side for dinner or eat on their own. I’ve only ever had great service here, too. The employees are super nice and helpful, which makes spending my money at the deli a super easy decision. It’s also charming AF. Plus, they have a happy hour for baked goods– no brainer!

I always drive by this place and decided to give them a try, I called over the phone and ordered a Pastrami Sandwich and they informed me it will be ready in about 15 minutes. I went to pick up my sandwich and the person informed me that they don’t make Pastrami at the Deli. So that was my experience with this place.

I’ve been a regular here since it first opened. Truly my favorite spot to sit a while, drink good coffee and eat amazing pastries and sandwiches. There’s really no place quite like it in Los Angeles. It has a great community feel, super friendly staff and a cozy interior. I couldn’t recommend it more.

Connected to the Little Dom’s sit down restaurant, you’ll see a small deli with counter service. I really, truly recommend ordering a rice ball, which take a little extra time to make, but is definitely worth the wait. This exterior is fried perfectly and covered in good quality shaved parmesan cheese and parsley. The texture of the rice is perfectly creamy, with just a touch of bite. The gooey cheese center brings the dish over the top. Their paninis are also wonderful as well. They also sell handmade pasta and house made sauces. And, for dessert, they have a good selection of gelato flavors to choose from. There is very limited seating inside the deli, as most of their patrons place take out orders. I recommend eating the rice ball at the deli because it’s so amazing when it’s hot and fresh! So, in short, if you’re in the area looking for some quick, high quality Italian food, this is definitely a great place to go.

I really like how right next door to their busy sit down restaurant they have a grab and go place for their classic to-go items. I got their veggie sandwich it intrigued me because it had roasted red peppers, white bean spread, & pea shoots. It did not disappoint it was so damn good. I found the price was high for the tiny thing that it was. $ 4.50 for a snack size Sammy. Careful not to break the bank. Their mushroom panini was hearty. Also small, but tasty with mozzarella, mushrooms, & pesto. For dessert I tried their mini olive oil bundt cake. the moist little cake was really delicious & the olive oil fruity in flavor shined. This is a hipster watering hole staple. just saying ;)

I love this place! Great sandwiches, solid sides and they make a mean meatball. Partial to the ham and fontina pressed Sammy and the muffaletta but really you can’t go wrong. Great place to sit and read the paper or a book or take out. Awesome 20’s deli charm. Not to miss.

I got a breakfast pizza, but more so a customized breakfast pizza. It actually turned out really well! I got egg, mushrooms, and some arugula. I thought it tasted great, but it’s probably due to the fact that I was starving.

Went to Little Doms to pick up lunch for the office, my boss came out and insisted we have it every week. That is how ridiculously good this deli is. The prosciutto and mozzarella sandwich is on par with some of the sandwiches I had while traveling through Italy. And damn, the bacon potato salad, so good.

severely disappointed, had high expectations from all the reviews, but was let down. we ordered the cold chicken sandwich and the muffuletta with a side of faro. I must had misread the menu because it was an «old» chicken sandwich, the bread was so tough and chewy it was almost inedible, the chicken was like jerky, stringy and also super tough, felt like a dog with a bone just working my jaw out and cutting the crap out of the roof of my mouth. the bread on my wife’s sandwich was also stale although nothing close to mine. the taste was great but the texture left a lot to be desired. the faro salad was tasty. TIP: test out your sandwich before taking it to go so you won’t be disappointed.

The staff was beyond super friendly. I felt like I was walking into an old restaurant/deli but was shocked that its only been around for several years! I had a tasty kale almond salad that was salted to perfection. I’m really looking forward to coming back to try more food.

Driving through the area we opted to park and walk around. For lunch we chose the Deli at Little Dom’s and we were not disappointed. Though pricey for a sandwich($ 13+), it was big enough to share between me and my husband so, for us, that increased the value. The appearance of this cool place was a jackpot with retro décor! It fits in so perfectly in this trendy neighborhood. I didn’t find the service particularly friendly, but others who were regulars were greeted warmly. I didn’t let that bother me. After all, I was there for great food, which I found, and not to make a new friend. The sandwich was fresh with quality ingredients. The menu had plenty to choose from, also. *Make sure to plug your parking meters accordingly outside as meter readers come around often.

This is a great place if you are out of time and want to run in and get some really delicious meatballs and sauce to take home. The meatball sandwich is also very good. The Italian wedding soup was also enjoyable. The restaurant is an entirely different story. Used to frequent often but disappointment after disappointment, I haven’t returned and don’t intend to.

Use to come here a lot back in the day when Tangier(the joint next door) was a bar/lounge and we did shows there. Little Dom’s and Cheech’s(pizza joint down the street) were my staples for fast, affordable, hearty sanwiches. Was in town for 4th of July weekend and ending it off with the King’s of The Mic tour last night, I decided to stop into Dom’s Deli again. Had the Cold Fred Chicken sandwich, plonenta & peach jam muffin& a complimentary olive oil bundt cake along with an iced straight black americano to wash it all down. Needless to say, the joint did not fail me. The sandwich was even more amazing than I remember. The fried chicken alone is slammin! Then you have a nice slightly crispy/soft and chewy bread roll generously smothered in mashed sun-dried tomatoes and so much burrata cheese that it is literally oozing out over! All topped off with arugala drizzled with just the right amount of fresh squeezed lemon adding a nutty-peppery /sour-lemony hint cutting through to perfectly balance out all the glorious richness of the protein and strong tomato. Freaking amazing. Polenta Peach Jam Muffin Fraking amazing Olive Oil Bundt Cake Freaking amazing Server was first class, down to earth, fast, super cool and of course… Freaking amazing Prices are a little steep but to be expected in this area. Sandwich was like $ 13. I really do think they’d sell tons more just by lowering it to $ 10 flat. For the area, rep, rent etc $ 10 would prob bring in more prifit in the long run.

The service and food were great here! As soon as I walked in Neal greeted me right away and offered me the handheld menu in place of having to look at the wall-mounted menu which made it a lot easier to narrow down what I wanted. To make this easy to read for all Unilocal users I broke down what I ordered and my thoughts about the items I purchased for my shared lunch: o ½ pound cucumber salad — I loved it! Sweet and salty. Perfectly balanced. o Little Dom’s salad — the salad was simple but tasty. Nice presentation and a good to-go portion. o Margherita pizza — So delicious! It was packed full of flavor for such a simple pizza. o Cold Fried Chicken Sandwich — This sandwich is up there as one of my favorites from Little Dom’s(the fried oyster sandwich is my favorite). HUGE portion — I had to take half home with me! o Iced Tea — Delicious, cold and refreshing My one gripe was that I asked if they could make a cold fried chicken salad rather than the sandwich and told me he could sell me a piece of chicken and side salad but didn’t necessarily offer to prepare it. I felt like this is something that could have easily been done. Other than that I’d definitely go back! The presentation was simple and easy. I liked that the deli case didn’t seem too cluttered and the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. I definitely plan to return here when I want a quick yet satisfying meal.

A little on the pricey side for food, but their pressed panino sandwiches are damn delicious(especially the one with salami, peppers, and cheese). I really love this place for their sno-balls! They make their own«syrup», and I always have to get raspberry. Last time I got raspberry AND coconut. Yummy, messy, brain-freezing goodness on a hot summer day!

The food & ambiance here is to die for, but the service is really disappointing & at times very upsetting. The counter staff act as if they are doing you a favor. Lots of attitude! I love the breakfast sandwiches, but I like the coffee on the restaurant side much better. They say its the same thing but I can’t taste a difference.
