So my experience here was two star because it did start off well. We had an adorable hip hop teacher that my son liked. After a couple months she was gone and replaced by many different instructors. I chose to go month to month, this unbeknownst to me, only meant I pay month to month. Be careful; when you sign up for classes you are entering a contract, it’s not month to month. My friend who I referred to Horipro was also unaware that she was in a contract and she bought a lot of classes all at once. She thought when her classes run out that she bought she could discontinue, not the case. We may have continued if it had been the same instructor that we started with, but the new instructor they settled on is a good hip hop instructor, she’s just not as playful. I feel like she might be better for older kids. I would have considered piano, the color sound theory looks interesting, but… The manager called me and did not introduce herself as the manager so when I asked her if I could speak with the manager, and she said she was it; I felt like I had hit a dead end. Administration is too rigid and not Customer Relationship savvy.

My daughter started ballet classes at Horipro around 2 years ago. After an year she decided to stop ballet and start piano lessons. She is in love with piano and she can’t wait to come every Saturday. The piano teacher, Yoko is amazing. She knows how get my daughter into the classes and this is making a diference.

My son has been taking hip hop 3 here with Maya Chino for a year and loves it. Maya is a great hip hop teacher and really knows what she is doing. The kids love her even though the class is hard work!

My 3 year old daughter started taking a dance class a month ago, and she just loves it! Her teacher is very enthusiastic and loves teaching children. The school is clean and organized and staffs are nice and very helpful. I am considering for my daughter to add a music class as well.

Purchased lessons through Groupon — Horipro informed me of upcoming expiration but when I went to arrange lessons they were booked solid from their Groupon deals and only had two evenings that were open which were not suitable for our schedule. They extended the expiration by two weeks but still were not able to offer any additional days. So, I lost the Groupon. Beware if you are buying from them, make sure they have classes on days you can attend before you drop down any money. What is most irritating is that they continue to sell on Groupon; if in fact they are so booked, why would they continue to sell on this site when they can’t accommodate existing customers?
