Like going to this coffee bean as its not that crowded. I can always find a place to seat and study hard. Nice customer service. Could be 5 star review bit something is missing.

My coworker and i visited here to grab some coffee and it was such a dissapointment. I got a iced latte and my cup was filled 80% ice in it. I literally drank 6 or 7 sips and my drinks was gone. My cup was left with full of ice. Maybe it would’ve made me feel better if my drink tastes better. It was so bland and I could barely tastes any flavor.

it is impossible to please everyone — all may not have impeccable taste. My fav quote that explains don’t listen to everyone but try for yourself and you can only judge for your own self. I like this place and can’t suggest you or make you like it. Just my own humble opinion! Thank you :)

I usually prefer going to this Coffee Bean because it’s quieter than the others near by. The only problem is that they close early. Now I know why they seem to close so early. I went there on Friday evening around 8:15PM and when I ordered the girl said they were closing soon. OK? I ordered a latte and a pastry and sat down to enjoy them. I was maybe 5 minutes into my meal and the girl calls out to everyone«we’re closing now». I’m like WTF! I would like to finish my snack. I worked at plenty of restaurants and you don’t let people order food and then make them get out while they are still eating. I know people sit for hours and I understand that they have to close there doors sometime. But I just got there and expected to at least finish. I was not happy and I expressed it to the girl and she came back with an attitude. I guess she has no idea about customer service. The worst of it is that they close at 9:30 pm on Friday and it was only 8:30 pm. I even gave them a tip, I wish I could have asked for that back):

I can’t believe there is such a cozy and quiet Coffee shop in Koreantown! I wish this one is similar as coffee bean where is located in near my house. It is perfect place to study

My favorite coffee shop in ktown! and maybe my favorite Coffee Bean in general! The location is on a corner of Wilshire east of Western so there is some traffic and people going in and out, but there is aways room to sit and the location is never so busy that it’s unenjoyable. The baristas are beyond friendly and prepare refreshments swiftly and yummily. The location has windows on 3 sides so there is a lot of light and it’s an enjoyable place to do work or just enjoy a coffee. Free wifi, plenty of outlets, minimal people noise, and pleasant music! I could sit here all day. and sometimes I do :)

Absolutely lovely staff and great location. I usually elect to get my afternoon jolt here because they have HAPPYHOUR!!! Parking can be a hassle, but overall a solid establishment. On a more personal note, I was once waiting for a ride outside and left my keys just sitting on a ledge. I about lost my mind until I found that they had kept them for me! I picked them up the next morning and have never been more relieved. I think I might have offered to pay for all of their kids’ college tuition I was so elated. :)

ASHLEY was so pleasant and helpful at 7AM that she made me smile! The service was very personable and very prompt. I was asked if I needed anything else in such a warm manner that I ended up purchasing a bagel as well as my coffee! Whoever is training the employees at this location is doing a great job

I normally like to frequent more independent coffee shops rather than the chains but this Coffee Bean has become one of my favorite spots to chill in this part of town. Indoors there is nice cushy seating, and a faux fireplace with a mantle and television above it add a further cozy appeal. There is also a cute courtyard outside for sitting. The staff is friendly and efficient. Outlets for charging, easy access wifi… Pretty much everything I could ask for in a coffee shop. Rather noisy which is why I give it four instead of five stars, but for a place right smack on Wilshire Blvd in Ktown, this is about as relaxing as it gets… and I appreciate this!

I love coming here I live two blocks away so you can always catch me here after work on the weekdays using up their free wifi. Customer service is always nice. I’m a regular so I know the employees but even if your not they are really cool, unlike the McDonalds across the street. Malibu Dream and the Blue Berry Pomegranate are my fav ice blends.

Horrible service! I went in during my lunch break it was empty so figured it would be quick… I was wrong I couldn’t understand the cashier she only spoke korean, she got my order wrong, the barista was chatting with his friend instead of making my drink, and took 30 mins!!! I cancelled my order and requested my money!!! Please no not go there if you want to wait a whole century to be served?! Horrible horrible coffee bean the reason I love starbucks! !!

Although they were out of the 2 decaffeinated teas I asked for, still gotta give it to Coffee Bean for having the best iced drinks and best choice of teas(when available). Sugar free mocha and sugar free vanilla are really good, considering the tastelessness of sugar-free stuff. And I always love the fact that they give you honey sticks with your tea. If this location was just a liiiiiittle cleaner and had at LEAST one of the teas I chose, 5/5, but I gotta rate you down on this one, Coffee Bean. My bad. But the service and workers are super chill!

Huge coffee fan & I can honestly say that this place tastes a lot better than Starbucks. I really enjoyed the iced Vanilla Latte. It’s so rich and flavorful, and the espresso is not overwhelming at all. I would ask for less syrup next time as it can be a little too sweet for my taste.

My coworker and I usually go to Starbucks for coffee but decided to go to Coffee Bean after our lunch today, since we wanted to get something different. It was a huge mistake. My coworker got iced hazelnut coffee and I got iced spring peach tea latte, and both had no taste. It wasn’t just bad, but it had no flavor. Mine was no more than a cup full of iced milky water with a slightest hint of peach flavor… And my drink, when it came out, was running all over the lid and got my fingers sticky. I will not go back to this Coffee Bean until they make their drinks properly…

Oh man. Embarrassingly my card didn’t work(potential fraud related so, hold on my card) but the kind barista and the male cashier gave me a coffee on the house. Thank you so much. I was picking up coffee for my boss and you totally made my day! I’ll be going there every time I get coffee!!! Thank you for not shaming me!!!

Nice location right in the heart of K-Town with indoor and outdoor seating. If you get lucky, you’ll find street parking right next to the store. Friendly staff, quick and a good selection of treats in the food case. Store is also clean and well stocked every time I’ve been there — meaning lots of half n half in the jug — super important!

This coffee bean is probably my favorite spot for great coffee and studying. Workers are also great as well as the ambience. Parking is abundant on street meters. Best service I’ve experienced.

I love this location and how friendly and efficient everyone is here! Yes the Wi-Fi sucks here, but I actually don’t really use it so maybe that’s why don’t have a problem with this location. The drinks are made consistent and The employees here seem to be knowledgeable with the new drinks that come out every so often. :) ¡salud!

This tends to be one of the more crowded locations for coffee Bean and tea leaf around town. Around lunchtime there tend to be maybe 20 or so people at least inside here. Fortunately there’s plenty of seating here and most people don’t stay around too long. But on the weekends you see people occupying two tables for several hours. Anyway they have free Wi-Fi and outlets. You do need a code for the bathroom, but I like that bc it tends to keep the bums out. Which I appreciate. A lot. Otherwise nice friendly staff here and plenty of decent coffee drinks and snacks just like any other location. And if you want a variety of options for food there’s plenty in the City Center mall behind on 6th st and in the neighboring vicinity. I go here a lot to get work done.

One of the worst location of coffee bean… They do not know how to reload to the gift card. + they do not make drink correctly.
