Located inside Ralphs, so parking is relatively easily found. Love the tropical passion lattes! The display case had fingerprints all over it. eek

This Coffee Bean is located within a Ralph’s. I was in the process of walking out when I decided to stop and take a look at their display case. I was the only person in line and no one asked if I needed help. I do not come to Coffee Bean often if at all. The display case of the food they were displaying/selling looked gross/disgusting. I did not wait for some to ask if I needed help. I just left and this Coffee Bean has reminded me why I say always go to Starbucks.

Another stop on the 405⁄10 interchange(known to most simply as the place where out-of-towners go to die), one can bide one’s time here(however fruitlessly) waiting for traffic to die down. That is, if only this store didn’t happen to be the size of a picnic basket. Of course, it’s not CB’s fault that the location is too small/cramped/crowded for its own good. Just don’t plan on, you know, sitting down and enjoying your coffee or anything. The service makes up for it, and is excellent as always, just like the coffee. The parking… while there is, indeed, a parking lot, it also hosts customers for all the other businesses in the strip mall. So, you know, have fun«hunting» or pay up for street. Or sneak over from Bed Bath & Beyond across the way, if you can stomach THAT convoluted mess. One more thing: no bathroom. Nope. If they tried to squeeze one in, the building itself would suffocate. Try next door, and be prepared to use your pee-dance to garner sympathy first. These employees don’t sympathize with unpaying, full-bladdered non-customers, you know.

I have always loved the coffee bean and infact are friends with the owners sister. This particular one I go to just to see Jasmine! she is so friendly, accomodating and the sweetest person. There are not many people like her(and believe me I have been to many of the coffee beans) she is a valuable employee and the best example of customer service! I could go to any coffee bean but just going by on my way to the gym to get a smile and great service means the world…

Since my first review here, I’ve come back multiple times a week. I might have a decaf problem, but I’ve also become a MAJORFAN of this Coffee Bean! The baristas at this location(inside the Ralphs on Olympic & Barrington) now recognize me and know my order(large decaf Americano), are super friendly and warm, and totally make me happy: D. Jasmine is the sweetest, and has the most GORGEOUS lashes: D — and today Argenis made my uncharacteristically early morning awesome: I walked in and Argenis was making drinks for a few people who were waiting, so he greeted me and told me that he’d be just a minute as I waited at the register. No problem, he was busy. A few minutes later after delivering the drinks to his waiting customers, he walked over and apologized for keeping me waiting, *HANDEDMEMYDRINK*, and rang me up. OMG! Talk about starting a morning off right! Argenis, I love you — and I LOVELOVELOVE this Coffee Bean location!

i’m all about getting something for less than what you are supposed to pay. i’ve always wanted to try the phoenix dragon pearl jasmine tea. the fancy name and the price tag of over $ 20 always drew me in. but. i never found it was necessary to pay $ 20. then i i walk by the tea display in ralphs. and well. they charge $ 9.99 for all of their teas. no discrimination at all. this is the reason i go to this coffee bean. and the phoenix dragon pearl jasmine tea is the only thing i get here. the tea itself is a lighter green tea scented with jasmine which the scent alone is worth getting a tin of this tea. it may have caffeine in it but the soothing jasmine smell relaxes me and makes me quite sleepy.
