This coffee shop did not have the first two choice of drinks that my wife and I wanted.

Wow. Probably the worst service ever.
I was intentionally asking for a cup sleeve but I accidentally said a cup holder.
The worker there literally said, «it’s not called a «cup holder», it’s called a «sleeve» then laughed at me with her other workers.
For someone working at an airport and dealing with international visitors, she had a VERY negative attitude.
Some people may not speak English fluently since it isn’t their first language.
So is that how she’s going to treat every customer that misspeaks a word?
Im afraid people who does not understand English or cannot defend for themselves would be mistreated as I did.
It is very unfortunate for the owner of the place for having a worker like her.
It might be the last experience of an American customer service for international visitors.
I hope you guys provide better service for the visitors of the country, so that they only bring the good memories back home.

Just opened on February 3, 2015. LAX Tom Bradley International Terminal, departures level next to China Airlines.
Good and tasty coffee (I got the Mexican Chocolate Latte). Tons of people around as they just opened today. Too expensive though. My regular sized latte was almost $ 6 with my airport employee discount. $ 6.99 for a small container of oatmeal. Hopefully they bring down their prices as I like CB more than Sbux.
