Still loving this place! Food is consistently great! The older Latino gentleman in the morning is an amazing chef and the young lady(collette I think her name is) has a great personality and always makes me feel welcomed:)

Pretty decent stop for the student in the go. Throughout the busy times they have several cashiers available which really helps out a lot. Place comes with decent sandwiches which sometimes can seem pretty small but they make them really good. I recommend a tuna melt. Delicious. They have pizza but it’s not out of this world, campus pizza. They have burgers as well from double cheese to veggie style. He line that really takes forever food wise is the salad line. I’ll give it to them that they make their salads pretty good and you can even customize it right to your liking. Plenty of seats around but beware of the squirrels. They are about too friendly. Go Matadors

Pretty bomb food for the price. Grilled Citrus Salmon with a side of mushroom salad and garlic mashed potatoes all under $ 7 with tax? I’m in.

I have been here a couple times and have tried a couple of their menu items that I wasn’t too impressed with. The food is okay at best. The pizza is pretty bland but I didn’t really expect it to be amazing. Their sandwich options are kind of pricey for their portion size but they are decent. Their burgers cost around $ 3 each and they are almost always overcooked. I would say that the food here is acceptable but isn’t great. If you have most of your classes in the education building like me and have barely any time to get food, this would be a good place to go to because the other food court is across campus and is too far. The wait can vary but there is usually 5 cashiers working at once so it goes by pretty quickly. If you have more time in your hands, I suggest eating off campus or going to the food court next to the bookstore.

Disgusting food place. They have burger that’s been sitting there for more than 6hrs, I saw the employees changing the sticker or changing the foil wrap. The Cesar salad is disgusting as well. The Pettis is not fresh, the chicken is soggy with whatever they soaked it on. This place has the worst food. If you want to eat a food just go outside like small island across the street, Boba loft, bun me, star bucks or even pizza rev. Please, this place should get health inspector step in and shut this place down or start serving UCLA style campus food. Sorry folks but even community college has better food then this place.

Good for a average inexpensive lunch. They have a verity of healthy choices and also a «nice» selection of junk food. The workers are very friendly and when standing in line the cashiers are very efficient and get the line moving fast. They have a wide selection of candy bars and chips as well as beverages. Prices are reasonable.

My absolute favorite place on campus to grab a snack. I’m usually in the business building that’s located closest to the arbor grill. I adore their southwest salad. I add extra corn(.35 cents) and tortilla chips(.35) to it instead of chicken. Their chicken is $ 2.50 more, which will be about $ 7 total. At that cost, I’d rather talk to chipotle and get a burrito bowl. Since I’m lazy, their southwest salad will more than suffice. The workers are usually very kind. I’m always coincidently getting served by Alex? She’s there for her masters in advanced anthropology and approaches her customers with joy. I wish all Arbor servers had her enthusiasm. She makes me want to order more from her, thinking she’ll get commission, which she won’t. Kinda odd but she makes me experience at Arbor, a lot better. I once dropped my salad outside of the building. She was able to get me a new one. The managers accused me of eating the salad, which was embarrassing but she mentioned that she just served me. Thanks Alex, I’ll miss your services when I graduate from CSUN. You the best

I’m so sick of the disappointment from this place. It’s close to my office so it’s easy to just walk there but it’s not worth it. If you’re going for the snacks and bottled drinks and such it’s fine. But don’t buy the food prepared here. The pizza is super greasy. The burgers are overcooked and bland. Today, I made the mistake of ordering the $ 5.69 new york steak, it was horrible. It did not taste like fresh meat, had a weird taste and it was very thin, about ¼ of an inch thick, and cooked well done. Yuck. Just walk off campus to King’s or pretty much anywhere else on campus.

THEYHAVEZAP’S CHIPSSSS! I love all things NOLA and to find the Voodoo Heat chips while looking for something to noosh on during my late night class was freaking sweet. They were amazing and now I go to the store solely for those chips and believe me they are always running out.

I rarely give one star in Unilocal, but I’m extremely disappointed with the dinning place in my school. The hamburger is disgusting even with no sauce inside, other deli are horrible too, the only thing I buy there is the candy and protein bar stuff, but I can purchase that kind of thing everywhere else, isn’t it?

Great place to grab something when time is of the essence. But I’d recommend staying away from their kitchen, today was the 2nd time I’ve had a hair hiding in my sandwich.

Not the best food, but if you’re looking for something convenient and good on campus, this is the best place in my opinion.

Is it the best food? No way. Is it the best option on campus? Yes. They don’t murder you with high prices and low quality like they do at Sierra. You get what you get and you’re happy enough. Fight the good fight against Sierra, go to Arbor.

I need to write. Let’s write about The Arbor Grill. I’m happy this fast-food«restaurant» is right next to my department. I won’t be on campus for much longer but trust that I will be frequenting the salad bar here when I am. It’s not everyone’s favorite spot, but it’s my preferred spot. With 3 domains to choose from(burgers/sandwiches, salad, pizza), you will find something to fill your craving. I’ve only had the salmon burger once, which was just okay, fries once because I feel guilty bringing unhealthy food into the Public Health building, and salads galore the rest of the times. I truly am happy with the fresh salads made to order, generally with choices of caesar, southwest, and a special of the day. Southwest FTW! Black beans, corn, mixed greens, a light citrusy dressing, etc… motivation to make your own too! They used to only be around $ 3.50 but have since raised the prices, which is still ok with me. A drawback is that there are only a few indoor seats and definitely no outlets outside, so you won’t want to come here on a rainy day or to do laptop work. On a sunny day, it’s a nice place to people watch! You also get a convenience store and coffee shop in the shared building – a trifecta of necessary goodness.

The arbor grill seems like one of the few places on campus to get a real meal. It might not be the healthiest, but it reminds me of the hot food selections in a cafeteria at a corporate workplace — just good enough to not want to leave the area for lunch. I really like the southwestern salad — the spring green mix really makes the salad appealing and the employees are very friendly and efficient. The snack and drink selection seems quite extensive and prices are not outrageous. Overall I like how the arbor grill is organized — the workers keep it moving in there.

One of the best places to get a bite to eat on CSUN campus! They have a lot of choices! You can get prepackaged sandwiches(which I usually get) which are fresh but you can also order one towards the back as well as salads. They also have the ready-to-go pizza, hamburger/cheeseburger, and fries option which is pretty popular too. There are many aisles of goodies — ranging from chips, chocolate, popcorn, gummy worms, almost anything you could want! Gets busy around lunch time but then again, any place would!

The reason behind the 5 stars is that this is the ONLY good place that I like out of the whole entire University! Everything else is either not fresh or really gives you an upset stomach. Seriously! I wish I had gone to this place before instead of going to all the other horrible places in the University. Got a corn salad and a chicken sandwich. It was really delicious and fresh surprisingly. Initially I had ordered the check special which had meatballs and the man was nice enough to let me know there was pork(I do not eat pork at all) in the meatballs. And he was also nice enough to change my order. A little pricey but much better than the other places on campus and not to mention better service.

Arbor Grill is probably my second favorite place to eat on Campus. Not only do they have snacks and pre-made food but they also have fresh to order food. What they have… Personal Sized Pizzas: decent Fresh Tossed Salad: refreshing, better than the packaged salads Potatoes(plain, broccoli, or loaded): more bang for your buck Sandwiches and Subs(tuna melts or Reubens): decent Hamburgers, hot dogs, and sausages: ahh they have better ones at the pub and much, much more. Location The Arbor Grill is right across Juniper Hall which is convenient for us Business Majors. They have a ton of outdoor seating, some of which are shaded by umbrellas or trees and some of which are surrounded by their mist systems for those hot valley days. Overall They are fairly fast depending on what you get, they have a ton of seating, and a lot of options. So, overall The Arbor Grill is A-okkk for me. Tip Don’t buy the«Bestway» products(premade salads, sandwiches, or pastas) it’s not worth the disappointment or the price.

Their Breakfast Burrito’s are BOMBDIGGITTY!!! Some of their lunch food can be eh, ok. I am a fan of their Salmon Burger and Southwest Salad(which they now serve everyday woohoo) The PM crew is pretty good. Vince can toss a good salad(lol) and Ed can make a HELLOF a Salmon Burger! The food is a little overpriced for what it is but it is worth every buck!
