This place sucks!!! It doesn’t even deserve to have one star! They’re super dirty. They handle food right after handling your cash. They don’t even have the decency to wear gloves when they stick their hands inside the ice cream bucket to scoop the ice cream. They only accept cash, no parking anywhere. On top of all of this their customer service is the worst. They don’t greet you or smile and nor do they thank you for your service. Don’t waste your time here…

Let me start with parking. If you get lucky you’ll find a spot really quick otherwise you’ll be doing a few circles before you find a spot. Then the ordering lines, they’re long but they go by fast. Listen for the lady yelling «Quien sigue» (who’s next?) so you could put your order because it becomes chaotic and confusing as you near the top of the line as it should be since it’s a «Mercado». It helps to know the menu because they’re very inpatient. Cash only. Still the ice cream, raspados (snow cones), and everything else they sell is good so it’s worth the lines and chaos. So come get the best ice cream you’ve had in LA.

This place is a hole in the wall but it’s well worth the stop! The aguanieves are bomb ! I’m defiantly going back. Cash only!
