I went through drive thru & it was by far the worst customer service I have received. The girl didn’t even give me a hello or thank you & with an attitude. I mean come on, is it too much for a hi, buuuut whatever, so I got me a burrito & it was pretty good though. I enjoy coming to Tams but employees need to work on their customer service skills.

Grilled chicken dinner fed 3 of us. Huge portions great food. Went on a slow night so there was no lag time with food. I have had their burgers before which are also delicious. Big place with lots of seating room. Right across the street from the alameda plaza.

One of the best old fashion Charbroiled Hamburgers in the city the location is very simple is a like a hole In the wall place but the good is really good from the fries to the onion rings to the chicken dinners this place has it all could easily rival Major hamburgers Restaurants would blow any fast food joint out the water(McDonalds, Burger King Etc) The place is small parking is very spacious they also have a drive thru and there open late on weekends.

Hubby brought me here when we first started dating. Their portions are huge and I have noticed if you dine in they are even bigger. I love their fried chicken dinner and their grilled chicken dinner, I can make two good size meals with either one. Their thousand island is like crack so addictive. Their burgers are pretty good too.

Large portions, great tasting burgers and pastrami sandwiches. The french fries are very good. Must get extra of the thousand island sauce with the fries though! Prices are very good. My husband’s family lives right around the corner from this place and whenever we visit we’re always tempted to get Tam’s even though we’re already full on his Mom’s cooking. I wish there was a burger joint like this around my house in San Fernando!

If You Haven’t Tried This Place yet. Your Missing Out. Out Of all of the Tams locations I’ve been to. This is my favorite one. Last Year a Friend Recommended that I’d Go Here & eat someday because the Food Is Good There. So I Happened to be in the area Nearby So I Decided To Give it a Try For Lunch. Only 5 people there at 12:30PM on a Saturday. So I Saw the menu & they Had The Hamburger Special, So I decided to Try That. Everything Was Made Fresh. The Fries Were Very Good With that Seasoning it has. I almost didnt finish my food, because they give you a lot of fries with your Burger. My First experience of eating there was great. & Ever since I first ate there I Go There More On The Regular at least once or twice a month because thats my favorite burger to joint to Go Get a Good Burger in Los Angeles. I recommend this place to anyone who Hasn’t ate Here yet. You Won’t be disappointed.(:

I’ve been passing this place for a few days now on the way to the job, so I thought I’d give it a try for lunch today. Only two people at 12:00PM on a Tues. Two more came in and got stuff to go while I was there and I saw a few go through the drive thru. The place is a little beat up, but it looks like its been there a while, so, OK. They had a sign for their new Philly Cheesesteak combo. I had a burger last night so figured I’d give it a try. Everything was obviously made fresh, because it was so hot I couldn’t eat anything for a few minutes. The fries were very crispy(soggy fries are a peeve of mine) and the cheesesteak was pretty good for a West Coast steak. I didn’t try the peppers that came on the side, but the fry sauce was OK. I only ate a bit more than half of the cheesesteak and not even a quarter of the fries. Not because it wasn’t good, it was just too much. It wasn’t worth the drive to the hotel to put the rest in the fridge, but otherwise I would have. Not bad, but if I hadn’t been working nearby I certainly never would have been here.

Food is good. I like the chick with the«cobra» hair, she has been working there for years. I dont like that they charge you 50 cents to use your debit card and they give back change if use you use your debit card for a purchase under $ 10 dollars. Watch out how much they charge you cause thiere menue prices are not accurate. I guess they are use to dealing with ghetto customers and I’m not that type. The lady that was helping me had an attitude(it wasnt cobra hair), so i cancelled my order and walked out. =)

Out of allll the Tams locations this is by far my favorite. I’ve been coming here since the early 90’s. They have really fast service and always get my order right. My favorite plate is their boneless grilled chicken dinner. It’s huge enough for me to either share or eat half hours later. Their fries are always perfect. But I must avoid them at all costs cuz I’ll eat them all :) The burgers are a bit on the thin side but it doesn’t matter because they’re so good. It’s always crowded but that’s a good thing. There’s usually plenty of parking though. They take cards both inside and in the drive-thru.

Tam’s around the corner is always there when I don’t know what I want to eat, don’t want to go far, and am in the mood for a burger. The double cheese is good and with bacon is better. The patties are thin and easy to eat, but it has a handful of shredded lettuce, so sometimes its like a burger salad. But still all good. The orders of fries and onion rings are huge so they are enough to share. The chicken salad fills an entire box and the chicken is grilled and sliced; it’s definitely filling. The 21 shrimp dinner is a pretty good chioce too sometimes. Another favorite is the chili cheese fries! Occasionally we’ll pick up breakfast where the chili cheese omelet will take you through a late lunch.
