Tam’s Burgers 34

I usually don’t get on to write a negative review, but I felt compelled on this one to let somebody know! Do not eat @ this Tam’s. The service is terrible and the people that work there (at least the drive-​thru) don’t seem to care about their job, thus the food they serve. On 3÷6÷2012, I went thru the drive-​thru around 6pm and ordered my son a kids’ hot dog special i.e. hot dog, fries and drink and I ordered the taquito special. I had to drive to the window to order, because the cashier kept saying he couldn’t hear my order, yet he kept responding.
We paid for the food and when I got home… whooooo. The hot dog was old, shriveled up and was hard, as well as the bun! I was livid and immediately decided I would not be feeding my son this horrible hot dog that obviously shoud not have been sold. I called and asked for the mgr, was told that she’s only in from 8am-​3pm and to talk to her. They showed no concern for selling me an old shriveled up hot dog. Next morning, I went in and it took a good 5 – 8 min for the mgr to show up @ the window (I went inside mind u) with the hot dog in hand. I showed her the hot dog and she said the hot dogs are fried and that how they look. I told her I understand that. but the hot dog was obviously old and it wasn’t even warm! It was old and shrivvled up because it looked like it had been sitting for days! She never apologized and said thats how they look. I put the hot dog in her face and said would you serve your kid this??? Never never again, will I frequent this place and I’m reseraching how I can report this location to the Calif Food Administration.

WOW… DO NOT attempt to eat at this place without the appetite from hell! The amount of food is unreal, and normally your would expect to suffer from a lack of quality for volume, not here, the fricken Carne burritos will be taken home, as you can not finish one by yourself, and the taste is unreal, Ive eaten a a few Tam’s burgers, and its amazing the quality and quantity of food they serve.
