Tam’s Burger

Expected much more from the food but it wasn’t appetizing. I felt the grease on my tongue from the grilled chicken.

I can’t believe this restaurant makes its customers pay for a cup of water. After I had to pay $.25 -.-; my cup of water had black particles of I’m not sure what type of material; The point is I asked for a refill of water and told the lady there is black stuff in my water. She went back and got me another cup of water which, it still had black trash inside my water. I had to than pour my water outside to the plants, since I couldn’t drink the water, I was still thirsty. I can’t believe I drank ¹⁄₃ of the first cup before I realized all the trash inside my cup.

Stopped by this place because my brother said it was the best burger spot. I beg to differ with that. Although, the food is good they have the worst costumer service I have ever experienced! We went through the drive through ordered about seven different burgers and they got all of our orders wrong. After waiting 40 minutes they still couldn’t get our order right. I asked for a manager and no one was in charge. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

The food I just disgusting. It’s so filthy has very low maintenance. Last time I ate there I got food poisoning.

I love the food but worst service! If you drive thru you ALWAYS have to check your order because they always mess up!!! also they are getting really stingy with the dressing! Before it had more flavor now taste more like mayo! Like I said I love the food but the service sucks!!! FYI for your fries ask for extra seasoning because they don’t add as much as before like I said they are getting stingy since they are doing so good! Also prices have gone up

Best place in the hood to grave a burger. I loved this place since the first time I was introduce to it. And everyone that I have taken for a burger there also loves it.
Cheap hood mom and pops burger spot but they can’t compare to any other burger place I been. It’s not a chain restaurant or a place that specializes in salads so don’t come here for a salad and have high expectations. Go for their cheeseburger special with crispy fries and a side order of their burger sauce dressing.
My recommendation do take out through drive-​thru. I myself won’t eat inside is the good and weird crazies bums are always around. Not the best atmosphere to take your significant other for a dinner date. But instead do take out and take her to eat it at a part or the beach (:. Or simple at home.
Every-​time I been there they always get my order just how I order it. They are not greedy with any of their condiments nor napkins. It’s a quick drive-​thru drive for good burgers.

First time here, trying the pastrami chilli cheese fries. And a bacon cheeseburger. drive thru style.

I live down the street from Tams and eat here 3 to 4 times a week. Between 12 and 15 times a month. Tonight, I ordered a root beer like I always do and was told my large root beer cost more than my bean and cheese burrito and 2 cheese quellsadilas… the menu board said my large root beer cost $ 1.99…
I was now told my large, not Xtra Large drink cost $ 3.00…They lost my business. I told the cashier that by law she needs to charge what her business has posted. She refused and said they won’t be able to change the menu cus the menu guy hasn’t been able to come by. .they lost my local business.

I use to go to Tam’s a lot when I was younger, I recently started to go again and they were just amazing. A few weeks later i came to this Tam’s and well, it leaves a lot to be desired.
The person helping me seemed to be having a real bad day by the way she was talking to people. I asked if I could have a bacon cheese burger with avocado and she told me that they don’t do that and they don’t use avocados in Tam’s. I found that weird because at other locations they gladly do it.
Well, I grabbed a simple bacon burger and off I went, it was my mistake though I should have checked the order because when I got home it was just the meal it self. Usually they give you a side of sauce and the chili peppers (even though I didn’t want that). Soda tasted flat as well.
Overall, I think I’ll just stick to the other Tam’s then go to this one, they are friendly and have avocados.

I love their food here, everything I have ordered has a pretty good taste! The only thing I dislike is the way their drive through is set up. It takes a cool minute to get out of there specially because Manchester is a very busy street.

The food is pretty good but the inconsistent good customer service and the area won’t allow me to give Tams anything more than 3 stars.
Depending on the person and how they feel at the time you come to place your order, will determine if you’re offered chili peppers, if they are thrown in the bag, or neither. Anyone that frequents Tams KNOWS the chili peppers (whether you want them or not), is the conclusion to the visit.
The area! I’ve been coming to this Tams for decades and there is a bus stop right in front of the entrance and for some reason, it seems like it attracts all the «I didn’t take my medication today» and «everybody knows I’m supposed to be on medication but me» people on the days I’ve visited. Sometimes they sit outside and be quiet, other times they might want some fries and cause a REAL disturbance.
All I’m saying is, go through the Drive-​Thru.

well not the best tams but ok i guess sort of ghetto and no use of the restrooms, some outside in inside begging for money not very cool. large onion rings are not worth the price. i only take out since no rest rooms, and they seem upset if you ask for anything extra like salt, etc. it’s ok if you have to but lynwoods tams out beats this one 10 to 1

Worst French toast ever! Don’t really come to this tams but I was around the area. I was craving some French toast, but I I regret coming here, the French toast taste horrible.

This Tam’s one of the best Tam’s in the hood!
Been coming here since I was little and will keep being faithful to them. Just writing makes me want some now! I can eat them all day everyday if I wanted. but if I did I’d be extremely fat!
BEWARE:Their drive-​thru could get super pacK especially around lunch time!

Perfect food for my hangover and munch cravings. Man, I was so loaded when I stopped here.
So I can’t really say I remember in detail what the food tasted like because I ate it so fast. I had a burrito craving which I ate while driving. The heavy amoun of grease streaming down my arm what rediculous. When I got out of my truck there was meat all overmy lap and in my seat.
I would say more but my night was such a blur, I can’t remember. I am surprised I remember going here.

Ghetto place but it’s the best! I live in long beach and the tams where I live does not compare since they are so stingy with the fries unlike in south central.

I go here mainly for their chili cheese fries. which are very easy to ruin. They have this delicious chili, ooey gooey cheddar cheese… they are bombzilla. loves em.
Burger is flame grilled… and they serve it with thousand island sauce. good stuff.

Terrible service they messed up my order and made me go around the drive thru again then the lady helping me takes off and the guy who replaces her has no clue what’s going on he literally states «I have no clue». If this place wasn’t so damn convienient/​tasty I would never come back!

Love love love their chili cheese fries! They are absolutely SMOTHERED in cheese, always hot and delicious. Their burgers are good too. You may want to fast all day before you go eat here, but this is one of the few places I will willingly battle LA traffic to go to, and you should too.
