Tacos Los Chemas

been coming here since he just had table and a grill outside. food never dissapoints. for those who know Suadero is not common to find in taco stands. los chemas do have it and they do it well. quesadillas we suadero is always my go to. meat so tender and delicious. highly reccomended. although they do offer the traditional types of taco meats, its still my favorite. second favorite is their escabeche. enough habanero to give it a nice flavor without being over killed with lemon. you can tell they take their serious.

Food truck located on the corner of Avalon blvd and 104^th street, outside the parking lot of Superior Grocery Store. Cleaner than I expected, I believe I saw an «A» rating from the health department, which is good. Ordered 2 asada tacos for myself and an asada quesadilla for my lady (I sometimes end up stealing ¹⁄₃ of her order since they’ll split the quesadillas into 3 pieces). Condiments you can choose from are onions with cilantro, peeled/​sliced cucumbers, lemons, red salsa, green salsa, guacamole sauce and you can ask for pinto beans and grilled onions (free) when ordering or when you’re grabbing your order/​condiments. Prices are very reasonable, $ 1 for tacos, $ 4 burritos /​quesadillas. 6.5 out of 10 for the taste of the food but they’re not skimpy with their servings so overall it was a good experience. service is good.
