Great tacos, specially al pastor. The only think I don’t really enjoy when I go is the neighborhood where is located. A lot of home less people asking for spared change and since they don’t take a bath, you can imagine their smell! and that usually spoils the nice tacos you are eating. Other than that the food is really good and the champurado is great too!!!

The name says it all: GETTHETACOS. You won’t regret it. Priced at $ 1, the tacos are truly the best find in South Central and pretty much my favorite taco place. I love the Al Pastor(always topped with sweet pineapple!) and the Carne Asada. Don’t forget to load up on toppings and salsas. Bottom line: TRYTHISPLACE. It is amazing!

I have eaten at Leo’s Tacos before on Venice and La Brea. They have a little of a following always seems to be a line, especially after 1:00 am. I ordered a burrito the lengua and a taco de tripa. The lengua is very tender and delicious but towards the end of my burrito I found that the salsa was way to overpowering. I can see where some people would have a hard time to eat this hot! The taco de tripa was delicious.

can’t get enough of the pastor. but everything else is here, and for a buck a pop for most of the tacos, you really can’t go wrong. horchata is tasty. service is quick and friendly. overall some of the best tacos on the west side. an amazing deal the pineapple on top of the pastor really livens it up. .so tasty. my mouth waters just at the thought.

I finally got a chance to try Tacos Leo, and at their fourth hidden gem around Los Angeles. I came here doing a four stop taco safari last night, and was surprised to find they had a location here. This one is located on the Northwest corner of Vermont Ave, and Venice Blvd. I knew exactly what I was going to order since everyone keeps bragging about how amazing their Al Pastor tacos are. Well, to be honest… the tacos were pretty damn good! But beware fellow Leo’s loyalists, for they were not the best I had yesterday. If you want the best, go to Tacos Los Guichos on Slauson and Hope, parked inside a tire shop. BEST damn pastor I’ve ever had.
