Tacos El Pastor

This is the taco truck that is on windward close to the bars. It has no menu on it, which was odd. Its a lazy money grab that is only still in business because of the drunk people from the bars across the street coming by when the bars close at 2 to get tacos. The tacos are so-​so, probably their best thing, but still done better everywhere else.
Burritos are what someone in the midwest who never had mexican food would make. We were very dissapointed. Meat is bland dry and overcooked, no seasoning. beans dry and bland with mushy ones mixed in from a prior batch. It comes literally wrapped with white minute rice and a few slivers of iceberg lettuce. The veggie burrito is the same thing minus the meat. No cilantro no grilled veg no anything else really. Its just so bland and uninspired.
There is no reason to go here when the flying jalapeño is a block away and is open til 3, with much tastier and equally cheap mexican food. The review bellow me looks so fake i had to post my experience to set the record straight.

This place is amazing. The guys (and girl) that work here are SUPER friendly and the food is always so good and fresh. I’ve eaten a lot of tacos from taco trucks on the west side and this is easily my favorite. I really lucked out living around the corner from this amazing place! Only downside? They open at 9pm and I crave them all day.
