I have been patronizing this business since the 1970’s often overlooking their mistakes. But tonight they have lost a loyal customer. I ordered a nacho bell grande combo. Rec’d $ 12 and some change, 1– 10 dollar bill and 2 singles. Drove down the street to Shell gas station. As soon as I handed the young lady my 10 dollar bill she said it was fake without looking under the light thighy. So to verify and show me she ran it under the light and started yea its fake. So, I drive back to Taco Bell, tell the young lady she gave me a fake bill. Then a so-called manager steps to the window and says«how do we know you got this bill from here?» She walks away, comes back with a phone to her ear, stating I have to call tomorrow and speak with another manager. I say,“I’m not going anywhere until they give me another $ 1o dollar bill.” I told them to call the Police I wasn’t going anywhere, they said ok. So, I call the Police myself. They explain to me, not to shut down they business, pull to the side and await an officer. The Taco Bell, clerks hear me speaking to the Police. All of a sudden they hand me, my change. But now, I know my food COLD, I wouldn’t dare ask for them to remake my food. Way to lose a customer over $ 10…

LIES, LIES, LIES!!! We ordered two pizza’s(cheese/pepperoni) and was told it would take 8 minutes to prepare. Okay, I will wait but ordered two additional items, one to be prepared at the same time as the pizzas and the other Taco to be prepared for the hungry child in the car as we wait. I asked for«hot» sauce but was given“mild” however the child in the car required NO sauce, it was for my other son. When the 8 minute pizzas were delivered to my car by Helen, I informed her that I received«mild» sauce instead of «hot». She looked me directly in my face and said that she put ALL three sauces(mild, hot, inferno) within the pizza bag and I believed her. However, that was a mistake because within the bag was«mild» sauce only! Not just one BUT eight. See attached photo. Do they get paid for giving out the«mild» sauce? Why would she lie? This is totally bad customer service!!!

I purchased a beef fiesta taco salad this evening and may develop food poisoning! I brought it home and there was a very bitter and chemical taste. After tasting parts separately it was determined that is was the fried shell. I called the store 4 times to complain, but only got a busy signal. Finally I took the shell back to the restaurant and told who I believed was the manager about the foul taste and that she should check the other shells. She told me they had sold several salads today without any complaints. I even offered her to try the shell, but felt a brush off from her. I asked her for the corporate offices number to lodge a complaint and was told they were owned by a franchise and not part of a corporation. REALLY? I asked for the owners number and was told they didn’t have it. REALLY?!? Finally I told her that if I get sick in the next 24– 72 hours I will take that taco shell with me to the emergency room and my lawyer will be notifying who ever is responsible.

I recently had the chance to visit this Taco Bell location due to a fair hankering for Los Tacos. I had never tried the Fire flavored version yet but had already tried the Nacho Cheese & Cool Ranch versions. No complaints on any of the flavors. I chose a value meal that offered the option of 3 Los Tacos any style, any flavor and a drink. I ordered one of each flavor in Supreme style & asked for Fire sauce packets. The tacos didn’t have a chance…& I washed it all down with a large Mountain Dew. The rest is history. Hit the spot! ***** Oh… I forgot to mention. The employee working the drive thru was attentive, patient and detailed. He read our order back slowly and there were no mistakes. The only discrepancy was that we had originally asked for Fire and Mild sauce packets. He gave us ALL Fire sauce… NO Mild… smh. *****

Well I mean, it’s food. It’s cheap and it’s lousy, but it’s food.

Seriously, I will never patronize this establishment ever again. I’ve been here close to around 10 times and I’m fed up! You would think that this store would have it together, since its a fast food chain. The customer service is beyond lacking and I am offended. How can a store be represented by such carelessness? My Final Straw: I just got out of school and was headed to work. I wanted something quick. I drive and see Taco Bell and I think«perfect… Quick and it’s right here» I pull into the drive through and immediately I hear a long transaction between the person in the car in front of me and the person taking the order. I’m thinking to myself«OHBOY» Now… It’s my turn to order. I order a chalupa, 2 tacos and a drink and before I could finish the GUY tells me to hold on. A LADY comes back and says some completely different order, so now I’m thinking«isn’t my order on the screen» but I repeat my simple order 3 more times to her. I get to the window and pay and my order is correct on my receipt and I’m given a burrito and my drink. The GUY says«ok» as if I’m done. I told him that’s not what I ordered, so some lady comes and says«hold on» and leaves, she then returned empty-handed and says«thank you» as if something were corrected or she forgot they gave me the wrong order. I tell her my order is completely wrong and she asks for the bag back. I give it back and she leaves again. She comes back and asks what did I order, can she have my receipt and can I pull out and into the parking area. I give it to her and she comes back and asks what did I order again. I told her I didn’t want any of it and I want a refund. She told me ok and to hold on, and seconds later returned with a bag full of stuff and she again tells me thank you. I told her I don’t want it and I want my money back! All this time 14 minutes had past just at the window. I was watching the clock for work. She asks me again to pull around to the parking lot to give me my money back. I refused. She gave me my money right out of the cash register. The entire time the girl and guy were laughing and having a long side conversation. Again, I will never go back. Not for free, not if someone is treating. Beware consumers!

So I stopped at this Taco Bell on the way to the Great Western Forum for a SoundGarden concert. I was literally starving enough to stop at this horrible place because we needed something quick to devour. Man was the food crappy. I forced myself to eat two tacos and a nacho gordita and left the last taco alone because I knew better. The meat tasted like it was bad or something. It was worse than the usual bad flavor if you know what I mean lol. The place just gave me a bad vibe too. Bulletproof drive thru window??? Really??? Well I guess getting held up at gunpoint at a Taco Bell is a problem in Inglewood so you can never be too careful! Don’t come here!!!
