dealing with two lovely t-mobile employees, jose & monica, made my morning much better. i had the misfortune of a HUGE unnecessary charge withdrawn from my account by customer service via phone spending 1.5 hrs of frustration & being transfered up to higher management. while being on hold, talking, waiting for the next phone supervisor, i drove to a retail t-mobile shop. i met jose & monica who both went beyond protocol and helped & eased my stresses due the $ 599.98 system glitch. with these two employees and the account manger on the phone, the four of us came with a solution together. ****if t-mobile marketing & hr READS this: pls note that the reason why i have been a customer for nearly 15 years is because of the outstanding in person customer service. i can not say the same for phone customer service. i do hope you look into my case & make some very necessary changes to your refund & transaction policies. seriously, if it weren’t for these two sincere employees, i would have found a mobile provider after today’s fiasco. jose & monica spoke highly and clearly very proud of the company & the ceo. AND you should too. good service deserves praise. TY jose & monica i left with a smile.

It’s sad to say folks but this people-sales you the insurance for better packaged?(WRONG!)… and so I’m a customer for over a year now, bought 2 phones: galaxy 5&iphone 6 when I started, now the deal is the iphone screen cracked went to the tmobil and charging me $ 175 for a Copay-what? $ 175 copay for a cracked screen, why in the world that these wasn’t explained when I bought the contract, just another con company,(they expect you to read the 20 pages tiny print in 1 minute before signing the contract) right away canceled the insurance I paid for-for more than a year(for nothing). lowered my bills and happilly paid my lower bills thereafter… be warned they’re after your money

Extremely worst customer service ever. I never had this kind of service before. Sales assistants have really bad behaviar. They are supposed to be nice with customers. But they are not. I went to there, because my order was canceled.(Carlos, who is assistant). I asked him and cheked. But Carlos got very mad at me and avoid to explain their service. Even i started one more time, he made it wrong without any confirmation or verify. So then i had to start again and again.
