Supra Nails

My mother has been coming here for about 2 years now and one day I decided to come along with her to do my first pedicure despite there’s hardly any reviews on this nail shop. I came with my mother a Saturday morning there were a few people but not that many. I got my pedicure done by this guy I’m not sure of his name but he did a great job for my first time! Let me tell you I’ve never done a pedicure and he took great care of me. He was very gentle with my feet because I am sensitive from there. I know Peter a gentlemen there has a big clientele so I recommend him and my mother always goes to him and waits for him despite the wait time. It’s not your average big Luxe place, but they welcome you with open arms especially the men more than the woman there. They do have great nail designs.

Supra Nails moved and took over Holly’s store. I used to be a long time customer
of Holly’s and so decided to give Supra Nails a try. Bad decision.
I went a couple of times even tho they layer the acrylic powder really thin and my nails kept breaking and i kept having to go back to fix it. i decided to overlook this but the last straw was when I went one day to get a fill and trimmed my nails before I went. I did it myself to save $ since they charge me for the cut down.
the bald Monk told me he’s goin to charge me $ 3 just to file down my nails cuz I trimmed it myself. WTF? Holly never charged me for this!!! Why are you goin to charge me just to file it down? I mean how hard is it to file down the nails???
I told him I just need a fill and that I’ll file it down myself. a simple customer request.
the Lady Dragon Owner of the store started shouting at me that I can’t trim my own nails and called me «You Stupid!!!» im like «Excuse me?» I couldn’t believe that she called a paying customer «Stupid» in front of other customers and embarrassing me. Such a smart female dog. Do you think you’re the only Nail shop in the city??? What a way to run your business!
so the bald Monk just did the filling but he was throwing a temper tantrum throwing objects around and banging the drawer.
AND THEN to add insult to injury, the Lady Dragon Owner had the audacity to tell me that she’s goin to charge me extra for the pedicure! Oh, you decided to charge me exra at the last minute as a punishment cuz I trimmed down my own nails! it’s my nails! I could do whatever I want with it!
Afterwards, I couldn’t believe how thick skinned the Bald Monk was to ask me for
Tips! Really??? you treat me like shit and you expect Tips???
I can’t believe the amount of Bullying that goes in that store trying to pressure to pay extra $ and when you don’t comply, they treat you with the most unkind way.
so rude!
I told my Sister, Mom & my Friends never to go here again. I go to the nail to de-​stress and they totally ruined my Sunday afternoon.
NEVER AGAIN!

So Supra Nails is located in a little ghetto shopping center, but I recommend this place for eyebrow waxing. I’ve been going there for years, and I only trust the ‘little asian man” as I call him to do them. Unfortunately after all these years, I don’t know what his name is, but if you go there, you can’t miss him.
He takes his time, and triple checks his work before he hands you the mirror for your approval, and most importantly he transforms your eyebrows into something wonderful! Oh, and the price is right too.$ 7!
