I’ve lived here for about a year. It’s not perfect – I can sometimes hear my neighbor sneeze through the wall and management is good about big issues, but sometimes takes a while on smaller issues.
Note: there’s a gym and a pool, but no sun dial on the premises.
Overall though, it’s a good value for the money. The carpet is crappy but there’s granite in the kitchen. I have a balcony, bathtub, and parking space. I’m all set. And it’s the most affordable place in the area. Recommend.

The manager here is very rude and unhelpful. Security here is always complaining for nothing. The manager is always snooping around in the tenants private businesses. He always says that fellow neighbors make complaints when in reality i asked and no body called in or made a report. He makes up lies and makes this peaceful atmosphere into a hostile environment. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here.

I lived here for almost three years, and it was with a great sadness that I handed in my notice to the management here.
The onsite staff — Pedro and Gary — were always incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive. I loved my apartment. The grounds were always well maintained, and the value of my apartment for space I had has yet to be matched.
While I’m moving in with my boyfriend to a neighborhood closer to his work, don’t think I didn’t try to convince him to move in here.
