We bought our wedding rings here where I gave them what I wanted and they exceeded our expectations. The best part is that years down the line, if you want to upgrade, they take back your ring and whatever you paid, they will add it to your bigger ring! I bought my rings there over 10 years ago and happy to see they are still there. Quality at a reasonable price. Great customer service too. Sue and Ferris have always been great to work with and I know 4 people that have ended up buying through them after shopping all over. I always refer them and plan to go back to upgrade again!

Sue and Ferris designed my engagement and wedding ring. It came out beautiful!!! I couldn’t be happier. The price was very fair and the quality and craftmenship was outstanding. I have since bought another ring, a diamond necklace and I am having a another pave and larger diamond ring made. They will take anything you have that is outdated or maybe in a different shade of gold than you like white/​yellow and rework it into something you love and can show off. They also have many many diamonds of many sizes and shapes to choose from and as much pre-​made jewelry that is ready to come home. So many of their items are original designs.

I purchased my wife’s engagement ring, wedding band and my wedding band from Sue and Ferris. They have great prices and the service is excellent with now pressure. I printed out a picture of a setting for my wife’s engagement ring from Robins Bros and Sue had the ring made for half the price and it actually looks better than the one at Robins Bros. They can get you any size or quality of diamond you are looking for. They did not pressure me into purchasing anything and even educated me about diamonds. I heard about them from my cousin who works for the LAPD. He says that everyone he knows that works for the LAPD purchases from Sue and Ferris. Every time I was there, there were people from out of state that came to buy from Sue and Ferris. I referred 4 other people to Sue and Ferris and everyone says that they were awesome. To sum it up they are AWESOME!!! Do your price checks online and at other stores then go see Sue and Ferris.
