I was quite the fan of subway over the years… Unfortunately, there was a fly found in my sandwich at this location. Needless to say my subway days are over.

The reason I gave one star is because you can’t give zero stars. rude staff and when you ask for a little additional topping they act like you asked them to give you their first born child.

I’ll start with my positives. The two women working here were very nice, and they made my tuna sandwich quickly. My sandwich, chips, and soda all tasted fine. At this particular intersection in Brentwood, it’s also very difficult to find cheap food, and this Subway is one of the few options. Now the negatives. Originally, I was going to have lettuce on my sandwich, but the lettuce in their lettuce bins were clearly wilted and going/gone bad so I skipped the lettuce. I also noticed little gnats on their largest soda cups so I paid for a medium size soda. With Subway, you get what you pay for, and generally this particular store looked clean enough. That being said, this particular Subway could use a little more attention to detail.

Right down the street from my house this Subway is in a great location. I try not to go right at the height of lunch time when it can be a bit busy. The staff are nice and efficient. When we order in for a work lunch they get everyone’s order right — bonus! I’m vegetarian so I get a veggie sandwich. My meat eating friends get a myriad of other sandwiches and all say they are good. I really am glad they have the avocado option it makes the sandwich more of a meal. Note, this is a smaller location, so not a lot of tables.

I went to this subway today for lunch with my boyfriend. He was in the middle of ordering a veggie $ 5 footlong when one of the workers, Perla, told him that he can get a veggie six inch sandwich for $ 2 each. Seeing that this is a good deal, my boyfriend changed his order to two different six-inch sandwiches. When we got to the register, the total came out to be $ 7 when it was supposed to be around $ 5. My boyfriend told them that this must be a mistake and cashier just said«Oh I guess it’s not $ 2 each…» The worse part is that when the cashier tried to fix the price, they ended up charging him $ 9 for a veggie footlong and a bag of chips. The cashier acted like there was nothing to be done since they had already charged him. The last word we heard from her was«whatever». We had to go back to work right away so we had to take the food and go. I understand that the amount of money is not much to fuss over, but the pure incompetency and the disregard for the customer’s time and money just amazes me. Even if they made a mistake in informing us the wrong price, they should have voided the charge or at least apologize for their error. I don’t understand how they train their employees but I’m sure any cashier should be able to handle such a simple request. I am extremely dissappointed with my experience with this Subway. For sure, I will never come back to this Subway again, unless they learn how to do their job right in the future. I recommend just sticking to the menu because if there is an overcharge, you are not gonna get your money back.

Standard Subway, in every sense of the word. The sandwich-artists are a little less friendly than some of the other Subways I’ve been to(and sadly, I’ve been to a TON). No reason to go out of your way to go to THIS particular branch, but if a nice, easy-to-digest sub is what you crave and this Subway is nearby, there’s also really no reason to avoid it. I will say, the high turnover(it gets pretty busy) keeps the food from sitting in the pans for too long, so I think, or at least it feels like the ingredients are a little fresher than some of the more quiet Subways around the U.S. It’s clean and fine. 3-stars.

Where can you get a tasty, inexpensive meal over which you have complete ingredient control? Subway. So, four stars right there – for being one of the few such places in Los Angeles.(And have you ever noticed that all of them are chains? Cheesecake Factory, for example, is TOTALLY great about holding the onions, etc.) Add outdoor seating in a nice neighborhood, and you hit the jackpot. I went last night, and I’m seriously considering going again tonight. Tip: The creamy sriracha sauce has all the heat and none of the garlic aftertaste of real sriracha. I went back inside to get a little cup of it and dunked my sandwich. Fantastic.

Honestly when I’m feeling Subway is when I’m craving a sandwich that I don’t feel like making. It’s not the best sandwich by any means, but it’ll do the trick. The staff here is always very friendly here, and clean. It’s a small location and I’ve never actually sat down here to eat, but lots of people do. Take the survey that’s ok the receipt! You get a free cookie :)

I love Subway in general, but this one is my favorite so far. It’s super close to my workplace and is a great way to get quick and healthy food(and some junk food on the side because it’s just so hard to resist) I give this particular Subway 4 stars, and I am glad that I can hear what everyone is saying and that I only have to repeat myself very rarely.

Conveniently located, this Subway is walking distance from my home. I am not a fan of Subway sandwiches, but I have recently discovered they have salads. $ 7 for a chopped salad with a chicken breast or some turkey makes for a convenient, healthy lunch alternative. The staff is friendly, and fast. The restaurant has been very clean every time I have visited.

Walking distance from my job so it’s all gravy. I love any reason to not have to getin my car to go eat in this neighborhood. The girls in behind the counter are short but nice.

Do you tend to sleep in to the last minute or wake up early for breakfast? If you prefer to do the latter, consider stepping out for a delicious flatbread«Breakfast Combo»(3.5÷5) at a Subway location near you! Maybe even consider jogging, because it’s healthy to do and most Subways generally seem to be spaced no more than two miles apart in the Westside anyway. Just like building your sub, Subway leaves every breakfast decision up to you, and there are quite a few to make, i.e. choice of bread, cheese, meat, egg or egg white, whether or not to heat the whole thing up, salad bar toppings, vinegars and dressings, drinks, cookies, and extras, so it couldn’t hurt to check out to get a general idea or refresher of what you’ll be in for or to pick out what you want before you get to the counter. There is almost nothing more annoying than a newb(or worse, a whole group of newbs) holding up a morning line with endless indecision — or to be that newb yourself! Coffee is Seattle’s Best brand(3⁄5) from an oversized thermos dispenser, and while it’s not quite as good as its name, it passes muster with a little half-and-half or International Delight flavored creamer. If you’re used to or require a finer or less acidic coffee, go ahead and prep that at home while you grab your food to go. You won’t hurt anyone’s feelings! Breakfast sandwiches are Subway level quality, which isn’t necessarily an insult, and you will find no organic or preservative-free fare here, either. But as far as fast food goes, having a «Breakfast Combo» at Subway isn’t a bad way to start the day, especially if you need a budget-friendly reason to help you get up and at ‘em on time today.

Come here for the tuna sandwiches every now and then, they don’t cheap out on the toppings and listen to you and how you want your sandwich. Pretty clean and nice service.

As far as Subways go, this one is pretty good. I come here for dinner if I just want a quick, cheap sandwich and the sandwich artists are very nice and don’t skimp on the ingredients.

average subway, but the line is out the door during lunch time.
