Walked in and the employees were talking amongst each other, no greeting or anything. The service was slow and the guy making my sandwich literally piled all of the ingredients into the center so I got one nice hefty bite of pickles and jalapeños (and couldn’t taste anything else) & enjoyed the rest of my sandwich with nothing else on it. Only giving two stars because it was clean and had a lot of seating.

Great subway location.
Clean, friendly and fast. Good amount of seating. Have been here a few times and they never have been out of anything and the place is always clean. Also open pretty late till 11pm.
Really no complaints so I’m giving it a five stars.

Ordered subs via online ordering, and it said it would be done in 15 minutes. I arrived about 12 minutes after the order went through, and my subs were ready. Super quick in and out of there.

The two guys who work here, Irving and Rodrigo, make the dining experience so much fun! We got sandwiches here and the guys prepared them exactly the way we requested. There were 5 of us and there was plenty of seating and the tables and facility were very clean.

The worst subway I have ever been. I am just gonna list the number of items they didn’t have
1. Steak meat
2. Honey oat bread
3. Broccoli soup
4. Spinach (worker said Subway doesn’t serve spinach anymore which was a lie)
5. Swiss cheese
Will never come back to this place

Your typical Subway.
THE AMBIANCE:
Los Feliz neighborhood Subway. It is very small and has about two (2) tables. The staff is friendly.
THE FOOD:
I am a turkey breast sandwich kind of girl. The ingredients are fresh and I have never had an issue. The only thing I have pointed out to a staff member is that she should change gloves when grabbing spicy ingredients and proceeding to work on the next sandwich. I don’t like spicy and she had just stuffed a bunch of jalapeños in a sandwich and then grabbed mine.
THE TIPS:
They have a hand sanitizer dispenser.

Whenever I go to a Subway there a few things I expect and hope that the Subway team meats those expectations.
1. Since it’s fast food, I hope the service is fast. I came here early Sunday and the service was indeed pretty fast. The team packed my sandwich with various topping and I was in and out within a few minutes.
2. Quality — I usually stick with the basics… turkey or veggie. I don’t do meatball or the tuna or any other processed meat. But the turkey and veggies are seemingly fresh. Is it too much to ask for organic?
I am comparing my experience with other fast food restaurants particularly Subway places, and I would say this place ranges somewhere in the middle. The food and service was good but it did not blow my mind. Perhaps not a memorable experience, but I will definitely will come back for a quick lunch.

would it kill them to put the toppings on evenly? I kept telling the girl making my sub that she should evenly distribute the toppings and she got really annoyed at me.
I would go to this place every so often because I lived around the corner but now that I am moving, I will probably not willingly visit any subway ever again. just because they all pretty much suck.

I felt violently ill a couple of hours after eating here. I got a foot-​long meatball sandwich. I’m pretty sure it’s from here, because I only ate a bagel and coffee much earlier in the day and felt fine. Doc says I have e coli poisoning. I’ve missed work, and I couldn’t go out for Halloween. I spent much of the weekend writhing in agony. I still have diarrhea a week later. Thanks, Subway!

When they built a Subway Sandwiches across the street from my house, I said to myself, «Oh, no. I’m gonna be there every day!» I go there ALL THE TIME. They have the NICEST staff on the planet, Geo, Juan, Ana… THANK YOU FOR BEING SO AWESOME!
Update: NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH or knows how to make a sandwich anymore. Too bad That was the last time I go to Subway.
