Subway

I’m a regular customer here at subway Eaglerock branch literally everyday. All employees here are amazingly awesome except for one. This is the second time he did this to me!!! I addressed this comment the first to the manager — Rosario but this morning when I went there this guy is on duty. Again, I’m bringing my own Starbucks coffee cup and he filled it just a little bit higher to half full. I have taken the photo and even showed it to the manager!!! I’m not complaining for the content of the coffee but I guess this time he intentionally have been trying to prove that what he did last time he will continue to do it to me even if his manager already addressed this to him. I will never never buy here anymore if he’s on duty!!! Never!!!

So the place was clean ill give them that but the guy was pretty slow making our sandwiches which normally isn’t a big deal but I was in a hurry. Didn’t have any napkins out so i asked the girl who was sitting down where i could find them. Instead of pointing to the counter where the guy was working she shook her head and said «im on break» i knew she was on break and i didn’t ask if she could get them for me i just asked where i could find them. Just because someone is on break doesn’t mean you cant be nice to customers. And then the guy didn’t want to really give us more than 2 napkins. I just thought the whole thing was weird.

Very bad service. I have been here 3 times since my job is around the corner. The 3 times ive been there the sandwiches are horrible. The first time they stuffed my sandwich with buffalo sauce to the point where the sauce is even coming out of the wrapper. I had the same issue the 3 times. I even mentioned it to them to not put a lot but they seem careless. I had to ask them to change the lettuce because it was old.

0 stars for this place. Worst subway experience ever. My partner brought 2 sandwiches but didn’t buy any drinks so as I waited for the server to finish with the current customer another customer walked in out comes a second server who ignores me and serves the white man behind me. It was as if I didn’t exist this type of behavior usually happens when dealing with racists I will not be eating from here ever again and I hope ant person of color also boycotts this location. The sooner they are out of business the better for the neighborhood

Careless employees, lazy and don’t wash their hands, hope corporate comes in and re trains everyone, some people in that place in the wrong bussiness need to learn some customers service.

The produce is fresh at this location but the employees do not wash their hands after using the cash register. The employee grabs the glove from the box, touching the side that comes in contact with the food.

I was so shocked to see so many poorly reviewed subway restaurants in the Eagle rock neighborhood. This one is definitely worth the 5 stars!
Pros:
— Clean restaurant (floors, countertops, drink station)
— Friendly workers that greeted me when I walked in
— Fresh ingredients that were well stocked
— Line moves quickly, even around dinner rush
— Soda from the soda fountain had the right amount of bubbly!
— Plenty of parking
I have no cons for this subway! I’ll definitely be returning to this location next time.

Service is fast and Pleasant.
You get what you ask for. Veggies looks fresh and deli meats looks new too.
I like this place. Healthy and Fast!

Love this subway! They have fresh veggies all the time, usually a short line, breakfast sandwiches are good and cheap:)
