Incompetent staff. Poor quality. I suggest finding another subway location.

Pretty happy that there’s a Subway by my work, as there isn’t anything«healthy» near my work. I don’t know why this place gets bad reviews because I come here quite a bit. Never had them mess up a sandwich that I’ve ordered, or anything like that. The closest thing to a bad review I can give them, is that one of the workers, who was still training I must add, didn’t know that you can ask them to take out the bread from the inside, because I don’t like eating too many carbs I always ask them to do this, and he kinda looked at me funny, as if to say,” What the heck are you talking about lady!!!,” But the other worker told him what to do, and he was like,” Oh, ok. You aren’t crazy.” Lol. But all in all, every sandwich I’ve had there is great, and all the workers are nice. Yes, some might be a little slow, but seriously, it’s not that serious.

I’ve been to this subway several times. During this visit Avelino & Irvin were very helpful answering the questions I had on the different subs. Both were polite and worked at a fast pace. I overall enjoyed my visit I’m very pleased and will most likely keep coming to this subway.

Rarely, almost never, do I rate so low but the service is the worst. Been coming here a couple times, since I live nearby, but it keeps getting worst. Final draw that made me write this was the cashier girl, I thought she was upset with me since she looked angry and pointed to the coin machine by the cashier«hey, you’re money is over there» and since I didn’t held my hand quick enough to get the rest of the change, she places it on the table pushing it to the side to go wait for the other customer who was still in the middle of the sandwich making, so I asked«Are you upset with me?» She just looked at me like I’m not even a person, ignored me and literally turned around talked to coworker smiling. My friend by the soda machine said to complain to the management but I don’t know the cashier’s girl situation like she might really need the job or having a hard time, so this is as close as complaining as I want to go but hopefully she change cause I’m sure I’m not the only customer that have been treated this way.

Walked In today around 5pm and the one guy that helped me is so slow and gives a bad vibe like he doesn’t want to be there, bad customer service made me loose my apettite.

Waste of money! I tried giving this store a chance since the other Subway off Vermont and Wilshire has a pest control issue. The customer service was bad. Food quality was below par. Price is too high for processed meats.

Worst customer service! I came in here 9am and the two ladies are Esperanza and the thin nd short girl. I ordered pizza and they just gave me attitude. If they don’t feel like working then don’t work. No need for attitude or any of their bad customer service

I used to eat there pretty often. Sandwiches are always tasty and they have good prices. But last time I bought some Minestrone soup and there were small worms. I showed it to the guy who works there. He read the ingredients of the soup, but there were nothing similar to it. I didn’t feel well after and was really upset.

One of the best subway restaurants in town. Fast service. Always dependable quality. Definitely better than vermont/2nd street subway

It was a while ago, I really wanted the brocoli and cheese soup so I went there and took the soup home. When I arrived home(10min later) I tasted the soup, it was kind of sour. it went arealy bad…(it was around 8pm) I was dissapointed that subway always advertise for freshness and they sold me something like that. I called immediately and explained but the manager on charge said that is how the soup tastes and there is nothing wrong with the soup. the brocoli and cheese soup is my favorite so I’ve had it so many times but it never tasted that sour. even my husband said its already bad so don’t eat it. then the manager told me to come back for another soup or somthing. there was no way to drive another 10minutes to get another soup I told her to refund me the money but she said there is no refund. so I told her I’m very dissapointed about this particular subway and I’m gonna post it on Unilocal, and she said ok.

I tend to skip Unilocaling about large corporation eateries, but I have to share my experiences at this particular subway. I’ve visited this subway several times, since I live close by. The service is inconsistent, sometimes excellent, but for the most part infuriating and disappointing! Many of the«sandwich artists» have made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by walking into the store. One woman had a personal conversation on the store phone the entire time she was helping me. My most recent visit will certainly be my last! The service was completely deplorable. I tried to order a foot long veggie delight with two different cheese choices on separate parts of the sandwich(American on one side and peperjack on the other, just like ordering two six inches), the«artist» just couldn’t get it. I tried explaining it five times(I’ve worked in the service industry and understand that working with the public takes patience, so I try and treat everyone with respect and dignity). After several minutes of repeating myself and not making progress, I gave up and ordered two separate sandwiches(which cost me almost 3 dollars more than my intended purchase). The next employee barley gave me any toppings on my veggie sandwich– Resulting in a mostly bread sandwich– sick! Lastly, when I was ready to pay for my terrible sandwich the girl at the register charged me for the wrong items. Maybe she wasn’t paying attention because she was talking with a friend who was standing on the other side of the patrician. There are several subways in Ktown-I would recommend you try another one first!

This store never really appealed to me even though I had been working next door to it for almost a year a few years ago. I was short on time one day at work and decided I would give them a try especially since I was low on cash and had always heard about how great those 5 dollar foot long deals were. I had no idea you could only select from like 4 choices, and of course they were the worst subs on the menu. I ordered a foot long meatball sub and that’s it. The total came out to be almost 6 bucks with tax, what the hell! If you’re going to advertise your sandwich being 5 dollars, then make sure that’s what the final price is! The sandwich tasted very generic and I didn’t even finish it. I ate half of the sub and gave the other half to a homeless guy around the corner, I bet he didn’t even eat that crap.

Standard Subway fare. This one is newer so the seating is much better and not as worn down. This location also has a bathroom FTW! I usually get BOGO free coupons in the mail for Subway so that’s the reason I come here on a daily basis. Plus I do the survey online to get a free chocolate chip cookie. For those trying to minimize on the carbs, you can scoop your bread and they will scoop out the inside of the bread for you.

I usually try to stay away reviewing franchises and other common eateries, and this Subway isn’t really different from any other Subways except that it’s pretty small and there were 10 people working at lunch LOL I know lunch time is busy, and dang! There were a lot of customers, so I guess it’s a good thing that there was a whole gang. Don’t forget to save your coupons!

You’ll find me here, alot. So subway has become my answer to «oh god im getting fat from eating fast food.» I go here, order something fresh and dont feel all bad about myself. Anyways the location is ok, Pretty safe next to a 24 hour fitness, parking is on the side in a garage, no hassle no valet fool up on my ride, next to saladfarm, both good places for a quick bite. I come here randomly on weekdays, get myself a $ 5 dollar foot long. They do have other sandwiches but when you’re stuffing a footlong monster sub down your throat it all tastes the same after awhile. I dont have a favorite sandwich although the Buffalo chicken is growing on me. Don’t get their breakfast, it sucks. Flat bread is nasty. Had Pastrami last time, meat was all fatty and jello-y, I say this only because Ive had the best pastrami in the world(Langers) so dont be trying to tell me this is good sh-t cause it’s not. Last time I went employee was punking my friend, he kept making him repeat his order only becuase my buddy has a speech impediment. I was about to regulate but declined. A decent subway location, seems big enough to eat here but i’d rather not. Soups are gross, cookies are ok. Oh and make sure to order Spinach here too.
